PACKED at 5PM! People KNOW how fantastic the food is! Felt crowded, but exciting. Waiter was very nice and helpful. Menu is outstanding, prices reasonable. Food delicious with GREAT portions, enough for another meal. Excellent experience.

It’s not their fault they’re so busy on a Saturday night! We’ll, maybe it is…. This place was hop-in’ tonight. I made a reservation on my phone just before arriving. About a 40 min. wait. I think it was 50 min. they can’t make people leave. I just want the team to know that we really appreciated how hard everyone was working at Texas Roadhouse tonight. I really think the entire town of Bismarck was there or at least tried to be. The servers were friendly and the food was delicious as usual at Texas Roadhouse. We always love the hot rolls with cinnamon butter. The salad was great and so was the baked potato and rib eye bone in. We’re just traveling and don’t live in the area but it seems like you need a 2nd Texas Roadhouse nearby. It was nice visiting your town. Thanks for the delicious dinner.

The Bismarck, North Dakota, Texas Roadhouse serves great food and hearty portions for a reasonable price. The staff and service are excellent and the cooking team makes your meal fast.
My family and I often eat at this restaurant to celebrate birthday meals. It not only offers great food, but we enjoy the fun (dare I say mildly embarrassing ) ritual of sitting atop the saddle as the staff yell, “Attention Texas Roadhouse” and announce your birthday to the restaurant (see below video).
Overall, Texas Roadhouse offers a fun experience along with great food. I recommend you check it out.

Great service. We called our order in as we were not going to make it in time. They closed at 10, we showed up at 9:58. Can’t thank them enough as we were driving all day just hoping for a steak and those famous buns. Thank you to the staff that took our order and the host at the window. 5 star service!

This place is always a go to when traveling, especially when the Hotel you’re staying at has a 10% discount card when you check in! Nice touch!
The food and service was awesome. I do highly recommend getting on their list online as this place fills up immediately.
I gave 4 for atmosphere as it was extremely hot in this restaurant and the fans up in the ceiling barely moved the air around.
But an overall good experience and would definitely come back if ever in the area again!

New Years eve was quite busy. Waited over an hour not unusual for the occasion. Food was good service was prompt. Hannah swas very friendly. I have never had a bad experience hear. The atmosphere is noisy and I don’t really care for it. But I keep coming back. The food is always good and the staff is excellent.

This place just consistently serves good food and with great service. There really isn’t anything else to say about it. When we want to go out for Supper/Dinner and want to enjoy our entire experience we go here and they deliver. Thank you for being consistent in your quality at this location!

Some “waiters” are extremely rude. Kitchen staff was yelling playfully at each other but it was clearly heard in dining area. We complained but it continued so we just didn’t go back for awhile until recently that’s when we had the rude waiter. Usually we get good service but a few employees I could do without.

My family and I have been here many MANY times.
We really appreciate the reserve a spot option that you can do online. It’s very helpful when a phone call isn’t an option at times.
(My youngest likes to be chaos when I’m on a phone call sometimes)
The food is always very good, I believe there’s only been a small handful of times where parts of our order have been brought out at vastly different times(ex: side items with meal first and then meat option 10 minutes later)
or items orders have been forgotten by the wait-staff. (Ex: meat option served, but sides missing)
We love the little to-go order area outside the building if don’t want to dine in! Or the option of ordering rolls to go after finishing our meal, before paying.
As always the rolls are phenomenal! 🙂
P.s. yes, they do have some vegetarian options!

Our server was awesome. 10 out 10 amazing service. There was a mistake with one of our meals and she immediately corrected it and got the correct side brought out. The prime rib was fantastic. If you are looking for good family friendly place for a birthday or a get together, make sure you get a reservation but this place is perfect for it.
