I rarely review a McDonald’s because they are all mostly the same and they’re all mostly crappy. This one was different. Even though they have those dreadful kiosks, I was immediately greeted at the front counter by a very pleasant and smiling young lady. She took my order and it came out quickly. It was very hot and tasty, all of which I thought unusual for a McDonald’s. The place was clean. The bathroom was clean. The store had a fresh modern feel inside, and it still had the self-serve drink station. There’s plenty of parking, enough parking for a pickup pulling a trailer, there are several other fast food restaurants in walking distance nearby, and all was an easy on/off to the freeway. The only slight ding you could give this location was it does take a moment to exit the property and turn left against traffic to get back to the freeway. Overall, an outstanding McDonald’s restaurant.

I love this McDonald’s because they let me be myself. I’ve always been an urgent person, and it’s like they understand that—everything is handled quickly and with the same sense of urgency I appreciate. On top of that, the food here is always fresh, accurate, and consistent. They’ve never gotten an order wrong or missed anything. It’s rare to find that kind of reliability in fast food, and it really makes a difference. This location has a great team and I truly appreciate their service!

Thos morning crew is a great bunch of folks. Ordered breakfast inside and service was Place was clean and well maintained. The best part of this location was they still have the Coke dispensers for refills. A huge plus.

Never had an issue with McDonald’s except here. My first burger was pink so they remade it (with Attitude) and the second burger remake was also pink and tasted funky. Go to Wendy’s instead, save your time.

Big Mac and fries were good, exactly what I want and expect from a McDonald’s. I enjoy going to this location when traveling from Western to Northern KY. I order on the mobile app when going to McDonald’s so nothing to comment on there. This location is clean in my experience and has a really nice variety of seating. Staff seems nice from what I’ve observed.

Not sure how accurate my experience will be for those looking to come. My husband & I stopped in to get coffee & use the restroom on a roadtrip. The restaurant seemed to be clean, the restrooms were also clean and there are kiosks to order in the restaurant. I used the kiosk to place our coffee order and it was ready within 5 min. The order was correct, but while I was waiting for our coffees a kid that looked to be about 13 came in with a burger. Based off the info I picked up from the conversation he wanted a plain Mac. There was also another customer that got the manager because he wanted the TV on a different station. She told him per corporate they’re not to change the TV so it’s on the channel it is because they have to keep it on that so all McDonald’s are the same and provide the same or similar experience.
