Very poor drive thru service. I told the lady 3 time I wanted raw onion even through she clicked fried onion. She said okay every time I made she it would be made with raw onion. Got my food and parked, checked and guess what, it has fried onion. I go inside and tell them, no sorry or anything. The lady took the incorrect burger and told the kitchen what to do. No sorry the entire time I waited. Got the correct burger and she had me check it. It was correct and still no sorry or a bag to carry it out in. I’ll drive further for better service at other Culver’s locations.

Came here for BOGO BURGERDAY coupon code for Wednesday, 5/28/25 only. The bacon upgrade they did is amazing! The workers here are so hardworking! I love this location. Today we got the BOGO deal!

Couldnt speak english or communicate in english. Ordered a 50$ in food and these people didnt even send the bbq sauce as Ordered. Now i have 50$ i. Food i cant eat without the sauce. Culvers has continued to decline, i kid you not almost every single time i order from culvers they forget something significant, like sauce. Culvers you get a F for failure to be consistent and a horrible response to the issue without understanding basic English communication.

Long line but took a lot shorter than I expected. Nice and friendly staff considering how much was going on. Food was fresh and the chicken grilled sandwich was awesome. Nice full piece and lettuce and pickles. Fries were fresh and the ice cream was delicious, only 1 scoop! Great Culver’s haven’t had in years! 5/5

I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this Culver’s. The first time, I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, but they told me they were closed early and wouldn’t serve me. Today, I stopped in at 10:50pm for ice cream, but was told they stop serving it after 10 — even though the restaurant was still open for another 10 minutes. Other Culver’s locations I’ve visited have happily served ice cream right up until closing. It’s frustrating and feels inconsistent with the brand’s usual great service. I hope management can address this, because it’s not what I expect from Culver’s

Placed an online order for pretzel bites and French fries. Pretzel bites came without salt or cheese sauce and French fries came stale. Not wasting money here in the future, it’s worth the drive to champlin.

I tried the new Veggie Harvest Burger. I haven’t been to Culver’s in a while. I did research it beforehand and noticed that they’re bread because if dairy use would not consider it vegan.it’s better to try rye bread or sourdough bread instead of the regular bread that they already have.
This veggie burger is a good veggie option. It is packed with flavor and will leave you full.
They do have other options for vegan such as their french fries regular or sweet potato with their salads are pretty good and I would also try their broccoli which is steamed. This is if you are looking for another option within Culver’s

Very disrespectful staff. Was given melted ice cream and when I asked for a receipt was told they don’t do that. I recommend going to a different location from now on.
