The food has always been so good here. Love their Veggie burger! Its probably the best from any restaurant I’ve tried..yummy! Also, want to acknowledge a very kind employee, Jackee…after I went through the drive thru, I pulled over in a parking spot, to eat there. A few minutes later, Jackie came and made sure I was OK. Thats truly was “above & beyond” she just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong. Thank you, Jackee!! And also, Culvers for delivering great customer service, and consistent delicious food!

My fiancé and I stopped here on our drive home and had the most wonderful experience. The staff were so kind and welcoming and willing to serve in whatever way they could. The food was a 10/10 and the other customers there also seemed to be very content and in good spirits. The employees here are so wonderful and great workers! Definitely coming back here!

First time at this establishment, is fast food on higher level. Service was great, they bring your food to the table and w/ an smell they ask u if anything else needed. No like now days employees make u feel like they r doing a favor.

One of the best smash burgers I’ve had. We don’t do fast food, but I’m from Washington state and don’t have Culvers so I had to try. Good burger for sure and the fries were pretty good also. Sure kicks Mcdonalds ass!

My rueben had very little meat. I called the store and the manager was very helpful and did a great job of trying to fix the situation.

The food was as expected. On par for fast food but nothing to get excited about. Our order contained mistakes and, dining in, we saw several orders have mistakes. The staff corrected them each time quickly which was admirable. Tables were not being bussed and the place was fairly messy. My least favorite feature was the gag gift bags in the men’s room. My boys were so excited to tell me there was a gift for me in there (obviously I was suspicious). It wasn’t as bad as it could have been, but still pretty classless.

First time to this restaurant. We ordered two fish sandwiches combo. The receipt showed that we ordered at 12:25 something and we sit and waited until 1pm, a very nice waiter sent the food to our table. I took a picture of the food. Nothing complicated nothing special. I don’t understand why they took such long time. I have never waited for food such long time in any full sit down restaurant. Either they shorted staffs or the work flow is inefficient. If you are a fast food restaurant and located next to major Highway you have to serve the food quickly.

I was given 4 concrete mixers that were very good but no labeling to know which one was for who. I asked for to go lods. Was told those were only lids. Had performed dasher delivery earlier that night so knew that wasn’t true.

First time ordering there and I got a lovely chap with a great British accent to confirm the contents of my order to make sure it was correct. He was a such a happy and friendly chap! So you know what? I’ll be back. Food was also very delicious and reasonably priced. I ordered the tenderloin sandwich and chili cheese fries.
