On the day of the huge blizzard we decided to check out the nearest IHOP for a great breakfast before the storm. The place was packed especially given location to a Hotel. Service was good although a hint for the hostesses to leave extra napkins and serve a hot pot of decaf coffee in the morning. As seniors e had the rise and shine and it was cooked well (reminder offer jam with the toast). The Manager greeted us when we arrived and left.

Friendly staff, good food, and great location. If you like orange juice the freshly squeezed options are great. I always get their omelette here and a batch of pancakes!

Awesome Service and Super clean. 2 stars are for MISREPRESENTATION OF MENU. IHOP is selling New York Cheesecake pancakes at premium price vs regular pancake, but there is NO CHEESECAKE IN THEM AT ALL.
All they do is add a mouse sauce on top of REGULAR Pancakes, load it with Whip Cream and there. Even the server admitted “Yes Sir, they stopped putting the Cheesecake bites in the pancake, just this mousse sauce…..”….in other words they are cheating the customer. Charging extra money for something which is not what they say. Either put the Cheesecake in it OR remove the word Cheesecake from the Pancake Menu. Making $$$ by cheating.
Even the Strawberry Sauce and Strawberry are missing. Look at the picture in the menu…….almost $7 for 2 plain pancakes, tiny pieces of Strawberry and whip cream. Rip Off.

Although the food is ample and looks good. It is not the most healthy food. This review is mostly about the food itself nit the service. Service was up to the mark. Thank you. I may not be back because I had heart attack last year and should watch my diet. None if us were able to finish our food. It was too much. I suggest to reduce the pancakes to a half and less sweetened. Again, it may not sit well with people who like it as it is. But it will be healthy.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and today I had the worst experience in this place, my son was serve a plate of rotten meat! Few pieces were fine but the others were bad meat! I tried it, my mom tried it and gave it back. We had asked for sirloin tips medium rare, when they brought the second plate back the meat was COLD! Who serves medium rare meat cold?! I gave it back again, when they come with the plate for the 3erd time the manager JOAN came back and gave us the plate, when I tried telling the manager what happened to she can check the kitchen and make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else, she tells me the meat was good (So I was lying) she said she tried it (which I doubt) because that meat was bad. When I told her the meat was super cold she said to me: “well you order medium rare” this “manager” if you can call her that was about to argue with me instead of understanding our needs and worries as customer. When you come here make sure to check your food carefully, or you may get sick.. I’m not sure if I ever want to come back here again. Managment is very poorly

A perfect dining experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such warmth and professionalism. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. I would like to thank Adrianna for an excellent customer experience. The food itself was exceptional—delicious, well-presented, and served promptly. It’s rare to find a place that excels at both food and service, but this restaurant has nailed it. A definite five stars!

I have eaten at this location a hundred times and honestly I stopped coming here because of a few reasons. I’ve done breakfast, lunch and even late night meals here and all of that has stopped …The place smells bad when you walk in and in any booth you sit in. The food lost taste, does not taste how it used to. Sort of tastes as if you’re eating fake food. The service has gotten pretty bad lately too. I see the manager is always trying to involve herself but there’s so much more that needs to be fixed. Sorry but I drive a little further and go to the one in Howell…

Kristen and Mariam were excellent servers. The breakfast potatoes and spinach were cooked to perfection. The place was very clean. The poached eggs were prepared well. This is the top Ihop in Jersey. They’ll be seeing me again.
