This place is great! My kids & I meet there often to eat & discuss our happenings. Always outstanding service & great quality food. This afternoon I had an issue with the shrimp I’d ordered being a bit overcooked. Staff & management were very cooperative & offered full replacement or refund. Excellent experience & refreshing to see such personal care from an establishment. 5 stars always for the Gallatin Zaxby’s crew.

I’ve loved Zaxbys for as long as I can remember. But over the last year I keep trying the food at this location and it is absolutely terrible. Chicken is dry and mostly breading. Yeah Zaxbys, we noticed you changed your chicken! Anyways, the bread is super thin and usually stale. Same with the fries. What happened Zaxbys. Please fix yourselves. 2 stars. Should be 1 star but we have a long history.

Due to my job, I often order large quantities. This store does a great job every time. The food is always hot, fresh, and ready on time. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can’t beat the food quality for the price! I highly recommend them for your events and catering needs.

This was my first visit to Zaxbys. Zaxby brought back their Zen salad, and my family had to have one. So, I ordered one too. It comes with chicken, fried or grilled, and citrus vinaigrette seasoning. We ordered cheese bites and French fries as sides. The salad was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing. The service was good.
Second review. Several weeks later. After seeing a commercial featuring their Chicken Parm Loaded Fries, I had to try it. In addition, we ordered Wings and Things, Grilled Chicken Philly and Fried Pickles. Everything we ordered was full of flavor and delicious. The only thing we were disappointed in was the lemonade. I will stoll give Zaxbys a 5 in all categories.

Attempted to grab an early lunch with my husband. It was 10:29, their hours listed 10:30 as open. The door was unlocked so we began to walk in. Immediately accosted by “WE’RE NOT OPEN!!!!” We left and took our business elsewhere.

I stopped here after work to pick up dinner for my family and was very disappointed. We typically frequent here during lunch hours but I would not recommend getting dinner from here. Literally wasted $20 on food, to turn back around and spend more money to pick up dinner elsewhere. The chicken was burnt and was too hard to eat along with the fries being very stale. I understand at night employees are ready to start closing everything down to get out of there faster but literally it look like someone just threw whatever in a box and handed it out. We ordered a #8 meal which was boneless wings and then a #4 meal that was traditional wings. Not only was the chicken old but they gave us 2 boneless meals. Definitely do not recommend , more than likely your order will be wrong or your food will be old or burnt.

This is my first time ever at Zaxby’s and I’m a little underwhelmed. I see them all over so I wanted to give it a try. The restaurant feels dated and the wood trim is all beat up so it has a very tired feeling. The boneless wings were lukewarm so it’s apparent that it was fried some time ago and left under a warmer. Their stock photos look amazing, but in real life, it looks lacking. Service was low evergy but adequate.

Super inconsistent service. Some days it’s great and fast and you get what you ordered. However, I’d say roughly half of my visits end up with me pulling ahead and sitting for a while just to STILL find something wrong when I get home. If you ask them to swap the cole slaw with anything, even if the drive-thru worker confirmed it and it was on your receipt, most of the time it’ll still be cole slaw. Same with any extra sauces (that they seem to never forget to CHARGE you for). Even when they do get everything correct, quality still varies a lot. Sometimes the chicken is really dry, sometimes the tenders are miniscule, sometimes the whole plate (chicken, fries, AND toast) is just way too oversalted. If you order the cheese bites, you might get a container-full or you might get less than 10. (they also tend to taste like whatever else was cooked in that fryer; cheesecake bites, shrimp, etc.) If Gallatin ends up with a Raising Cane’s, Slim Chickens, or really any other tender place, it’ll be the go-to.
