The bad Reviews are making sense now, everytime we go here the orders get progressively worse. Workers are rude and unhelpful. Tonight the portions were way out of wack, my bowl was pathetic, missing all of my toppings. My wifes tacos were soggy from all the toppings they put on there, basically looks like they threw everyhing in the foil and called it good(zero effort). My wife went back up there and they said they couldn’t help her in the drive thru and that she’d need to come inside. She wasn’t dressed to come inside, hence why we did mobile pickup for the drive thru. They also couldn’t give us a refund. Too bad I can’t give zero stars. Well done chipotle.

So we need to do something about this store!! The kids working in the evening time are rude, And unprofessional the food quality is good and if I’m gonna buy a burrito full of rice, I’ll take my money elsewhere! This will mark the third time I’ve been there. And the second time I’ve called customer service with a complaint they continually fill the burritos full of rice. They don’t give the right portions for double meat. And they just throw it together, where your sour cream, And guacamole is that the very bottom at the last bite or if you’re lucky the first bite!!! I would rather take the 15 minutes and go to Another location!! I will not return to the store. It’ll take more than a Bogo promotion this time we need to get more mature people in there.. Or a proper babysitter!

This is the dirtiest chipotle had ever seen. Rude people came to pickup my digital order scheduled for 7:50 pm kept on waiting till 8:20 PM and when I went out to check whether it’s ready they kept it aside after making even though I was repeatedly checking the whole time. There are two pink hair coloured woman working there and they are rude as hell and did have time to acknowledge what I asked for. Better to avoid this nasty place.

Placed an order for drive through pickup. Spent the extra $3.60 only to be given like 3 pieces of chicken. If you look at the photo, you can see that the tortilla was severely rolled up. And there was mostly rice in it.

Chipotle Mexican Grill on 291 Highway is a fantastic addition to our area, and the staff here make each visit a pleasure. We waited a while to try it after it first opened, but now we’ve been twice in less than a month. The experience is quick, easy, and consistently clean. Both times we dined inside, the lines moved faster than at any other Chipotle we’ve visited, which is a huge plus. The staff are friendly and generous with their servings, and the portions are great. We’ve always found a clean, comfortable place to sit, and the beverage area is consistently tidy. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious every time. This location has definitely earned a spot on our regular rotation, and we will be back often.

The location couldn’t be better, but this place seriously needs better training. The portions are disappointing, and they clearly don’t know how to properly assemble a burrito. All of the cold toppings are piled on one side, leaving half the burrito soggy and cold. There’s barely any protein, and even when I ask (and am willing to pay) for extra, very little is added. On top of that, the staff is often rude, and by around 7pm they’re frequently out of multiple toppings. The dining area is also poorly maintained, trash cans are filled to the top, and there were no spoons or forks available. This isn’t the first time my order has turned out like this. I won’t be coming back to this location for a while.

The place was nice and clean, Quiet. The guy who rang me up was super nice and apologize for the wait but the other two people who actually made the Burrito act like they did not care at all and barely listen to my instructions on what I wanted. Burrito was wrapped super loose like they didn’t care. asked for easy sour cream, got the regular amount. At least last time they remade it for me on the spot since they could tell, I didn’t like the amount of sour cream they accidentally put on

3rd time there, third time having legitimate hard undercooked crunchy rice in every bite. The Chipotlane girl today was sweet and order was ready exactly on time. But the other two times I came it was just 3 unprofessional teenage girls gossiping and cussing right in front of me while I’m ordering. Go to Valley View dr location for better quality and good professional quick service.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to make sure people were aware and this goes through the proper channels to be fixed for the public. If I could give zero stars I would. This was my second time at the new Chipotle on 291 hwy and I was honestly giving it a second chance because the first time was chaos. This time was the same but worse because I found THIS in my food! In all my years of coming to this restaurant at other locations I have NEVER experienced this. I went to the restaurant to show them, and Kylie the manager did seem concerned. When I said I didn’t know what this was and if she could tell me, she admitted it was one of their drains! Like how?! They refunded me on my card but that takes 3-4 business days smh. My child had a bowl too and I am grateful to God this wasn’t in his instead. Please be careful going to this location, this could have been a worse outcome. And I hope that management takes serving their customers more serious than what they have been.

The GM, David, went above and beyond for us! We had an issue at a different Chipotle that was over 30 minutes from home, and David helped us fix what they messed up even though he didn’t have to. We appreciated it so very much! Chipotle, you’ve got a rockstar of a GM at this location! Customer service matters so much to him, and it encourages us to return because of how kind he was.
