I gave a 4 star for the atmosphere, because it was opening day and really busy. Overall very good.

I’ve been here three times so far, and I’m very satisfied. The owner is very friendly, the staffs are very hardworking and they’re kind as well! I’ve tried pork and beef, fried chicken and chicken cutlet(Almost everything) and they were all good! Especially the chicken cutlet was very tender. I heard that even level 1 is spicy for people who can’t eat spicy food at all, but level 5 is not spicy enough for those who can eat Shin Ramen. I think level 7.5 is as spicy as Shin Ramen or a little bit more spicy.

The best restaurant on base!

Prepared to perfection! The beef & chicken were cooked very well. They have different level sauces and their special sauce is my favorite, the noodles were my favorite. So grateful to have something like this in Alaska !
