Okay so I gave them 5* because not so much the food but because the manager was so gracious that he comp our meal…so it started out on Father’s Day my hunny wanted Logan’s for his dinner.
We got there and were seated very quickly, but it took a while for everything else ( I know they were very busy) so my husband ordered his steak Medium and I ordered my steak salad medium well,
Wellllllll, they did not come out that way,
But, like I said the manager was very gracious and comp our meal, they did ask if we wanted our steaks remade and we chose not to, (The gladly would of though)
That being said everything else was amazing, our waitress was amazing and No we didn’t finish our food or even take it with us…but please go give them a try, they are great people and do have some amazing Onion Rings

Logans does not get enough credit! I have been coming here forever. Logans has never disappointed. Always great service. Always good food. Last night was no different, I usually get a grilled salmon, last night I was feeling like steak. It was amazing, full of flavor, no need for A1. It didnt need it! Drinks on point! Just so good. Thank you logans once again for another great date night.

We came here after a long day and had a great experience. Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the night even better. My prime rib was cooked perfectly, and my wife’s steak was very tender, she said it was delicious. Great food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

Worst service and food. it’s 3 o’clock on a Saturday I order French onion soup they bring me soup with one tiny dollop of cheese. And I asked for more cheese and she brings me out a cold piece of cheese. She said sorry I don’t know what they are doing back there in the kitchen right now. So I put my cold piece of Swiss cheese on my cold soup. It was pretty disgusting. We also got two iced teas that were not even full and had three pieces of ice in it. We asked for ice and never received it. The manager came by so fast and left. We didn’t get a chance to even tell him what we needed. I also got a to go order a chicken Cobb salad good thing I checked it. There’s zero plasticware, zero dressing and no rolls. I have to go hunt her down and ask for these things.

We had a lovely dinner on Christmas Eve. The kitchen did get backed up, so we were there a lot longer than normal. It actually was nice not to feel rushed. Our server handled the situation perfectly!
I do think management should have come around, considering the long wait. We also should have been comped a dessert or something.
I will say that the phone ringing constantly was a bit distracting. I don’t think the ringer volume needs to be that loud at the Host stand. Please consider turning the volume down.

I have a pretty intense, sweet tooth and their cake is one of the only things to satisfy it. I don’t think I’ve ever been in there, but I’ve DoorDash them countless times and it is always amazing!!! I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue with an order either

This is an unsanitary place to eat, I was served a salad that had short hairs that resembled dog hairs. I asked to speak to a manager whose only comment was there is no dog in the kitchen. No offer to remove the salad from the bill or better yet the meal should have been free after that. I will not be eating at this nasty place again.

We had an impromptu large gathering after my mother’s funeral today. Our server Kallie S. had no idea about why we were there, other than to eat. As we were leaving, I shared that it was a celebration for my mom & that her friendliness and courtesy made the day a little brighter. Thank you again for a positive experience.

I went for my birthday and my daughters best friends birthday. I kinda was expecting a free desert and song. But no all I got was the waitress said happy birthday as we were leaving even though she knew my party of 10 was here for birthdays. Guess I should have went to a Mexican place I know they will sing to you.
