The onion rings were bad because they were mostly breading with small onion pieces, not enough onion. The garlic broccoli was good for the first serving but the next broccoli was not good because it brown because of so much garlic and we’re over salted couldn’treally taste the broccoli. A1 burger was ok though the waitress didn’t ask how I wanted it cooked. Was well done instead of medium rare which I prefer. The fish and chips were ok but didn’t need to be on paper since it was requested to be on the plate only. I have Definitely have had better meals and service from the Brighton location. Waitress didn’t come back with bill. Had to use the kiosk to pay. Not the experience we expected.

I’ll start with out server was good. Very nice and pleasant. The atmosphere. We’ll no one can help children who are over tired in the restaurant. But the food, we’ll that has Def gone down hill. The fries were limp the burgers ordered were lacking and my salad was brown and the chicken was not cooked properly and the seasoning on it was slimy. All resulting in me not eating it. I did let the server know the resolve was an apology. Muvh appreciated but a salad not bitten out of and left at the table. We did each receive a refill on our sodas or waters.

We visited late at night (about an hour before close) after a basketball game with a party of 10 and we all ordered full meals. The staff was friendly and welcoming even though it was late, but it took quite a while to get our food even though hardly anyone was in the restaurant. Our food was not hot when it finally did arrive but the server did bring us a second batch of fries out and they were fresh and hot when they came out of the kitchen. Not a terrible experience but with so many other places to choose from, I likely would not return.

Food: absolutely overpriced. $5 for a lemonade is criminal. $60 for chips, grilled cheese, chicken sandwich, and chicken tenders is wild
Service: guy forgot about our chips and dip, but later brought it so that’s fine, but drinks never got refilled (who would want to refil at $5 a cup of LEMONADE)
Atmosphere: y’all ever heard of a furnace in 30°F weather?

I’m a Red Robbin customer already and this was not the first time I’ve been to many Red Robbin around US, but this time I ordered a classic burgers with an egg on top which I never ordered before. It was fantastic, the egg was fried perfectly, not oiled, not plastic feels, it was soft and crunch at the same time. I definitely recommend specially this unit in Brighton which I find very clean and has a good service as well.

Delicious food! Fun atmosphere. I had the limited time caramel apple lemonade and it was sooooo good! The Tsunami shrimp was amazing, full of flavor and not too much spice. Our server was attentive and he was really nice. No complaints!

I took my sister for dinner and it was okay at best. Our server only checked on us once, never presented a check which I was a little surprised. I understand the Zioc is the way the establishment likes people to pay but I do appreciate receiving a check to look at. As a sever myself I feel it’s important to present a paper check as I only pay in cash for obvious reasons. My check was incorrect which he fixed but if I hadn’t paid close attention I would’ve bought someone else dinner. The food was a little disappointing and not as described on the menu. Definitely will not be going back.

5 star dining experience. We had our daughters 21st birthday and a large party. Ethan provided an experience not normally found at a Red Robin restaurant. We wouldn’t be surprised if Ethan’s picture was posted at all RR restaurants across the US. He knew the menu backwards and front and definitely loves his job. At one point we honestly believe he levitated to the sound of harps. Great food, the fries kept coming and the drinks did not disappoint. My daughters friends all cannot wait to go back and talk to Ethan.

The food was pretty normal for burger and fries. I do like that they offer Monterey Jack as an option for those of us more adventurous than American but not inclined to a sharp burger.
Apart from the food, however, it was kind of a bummer. We waited over 40 minutes for 4 pretty standard dishes, and when I asked for my bottomless side of fries to be refreshed my we waited another 10+ minutes before our server came over to ask if I hadn’t already received them. He was pleasant enough, but it’s takes an awful lot of pleasant to make up for a painfully slow kitchen on what looked like a mostly empty dining room.

It was ok. Food was bland and seemed of lesser quality than in the past. Party of 7, everyone had a burger and half the party was disappointed with their meal.
Server was good, friendly and attentive.
Not sure when this location redecorated, but the newer style is not very warm or inviting.
