I had the absolute best experience thanks to our server, Maryann! From the moment we sat down, she was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. She checked on us at the perfect times, kept such a positive attitude the entire meal, and truly made the experience feel special. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and her customers, and it definitely did not go unnoticed. Maryann deserves all the recognition honestly, she should have an apron with her star ordered because she shines that bright. If you get Maryann as your server, just know you’re about to have the best service ever! ⭐

The experience of food, service and atmosphere was pretty good. What I did not like Was trying to use a gift card that had Cracker Barrel on it, and they said they could not take it because their security codes used for digits and the card had three. It did not make any sense.

I went in between breakfast and lunch a large crowd still inside. However i got my food extremely fast. The waitress was an amazing host. Kept the drinks full while I was eating is one of the most important parts of the meal for me. I Highly recommend this location.

We haven’t ever really had bad service at Cracker Barrel but this was our first time in the Madisonville location and they exceeded every single expectation by far. From the second we walked in the door the staff was friendly, smiling and just very welcoming. Then we get to our table. I’ll be honest, we are usually a complex table, we have a teenager and two toddlers so we are a lot. Our server, Rylan, was phenomenal! It didn’t matter how many things we asked for or changed, she was on it. Our drinks never were empty, she never came to our table without a smile. She was great! We will definitely be back to this one. Thank you for an amazing dining experience.

I had the Berry French Toast Bake for breakfast. It was amazing! It had great flavor with fresh fruit, and lots of whipped cream (I asked for extra because I love whipped cream) I also had the impossible sausage made from plants & it tasted great! The atmosphere was perfect. Our waitress, Kassie J, made sure our coffee was filled, answered our questions regarding our breakfast choices and made our dining experience even better with her sweet attitude.

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a Cracker Barrel before. I went in with my husband this morning to eat and was approached by one of the managers, Amy Shelton, and she was the friendliest person! Made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. Every store needs one of her! Not only did she take the time to chat with us, she treated her colleagues so well. We will definitely be back!

I am very pleased that some of my favorites are back. I ordered Eggs in a basket and it was great. I was not happy that they charged $1.79 for me to substitute turkey sausage for regular sausage since they both are the same price on the menu. I don’t appreciate that.
