Picked up a large order of 10 dishes and one of the burritos had a screw in the middle of the burrito! Nothing bad happened, but this should not have happened and I’m disappointed in how Cafe Rio handled this (they credited our account a small portion of the total of the meal, when someone could have seriously been injured). We usually go to this location and they have a nice staff, but this incident was NOT OKAY.

A new ordering system with the kiosk is horrible.You don’t get to see the food and the preparation takes way too long in an empty restaurant. This particular store is one of their worst. Many of the other stores are amazing.

I just need to shoutout Andrew! Every time I come to this location he makes the experience a billion times better! And I mean every single time he’s here, which is multiple times a month. He is always so rad and helpful. He’s got the best energy.
Side note. An item was missing from our drive thru order and I had to go inside to get it. Then Andrew got yelled at in a very public and unprofessional way. Yeah, let’s not treat the best employee I’ve ever interacted with at this location that way. Without him this location would get a much lower score.

Slowest cafe Rio I have ever seen. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
We placed an order at 4:45 and meant to click 5 for when our order wouod be done. At 5 I walked in and let me know the situation to see if they can fix it. They said it was being made but I still didn’t get my food until 5:50! It took over an hour to make our 2 person order.
Then I asked if it would be ready soon and pushed back just asking for a refund. Instead they gave me my food, a half apology and nothing else.
I don’t normally leave reviews but this is just exceptionally poor service. Nobody cares in there and they have like 8 people working but get nothing done

I got a pork burrito last night (they were out of steak)
As I’m eating my burrito I notice something super gross and it doesn’t feel right. I spit it out and ITS RAW CHICKEN. RAW FREAKING CHICKEN.
The worlds last night 8•18•2025 did not seem friendly. They didnt want to give you the time of day.

Clean and neat, easy to navigate the kiosk to order. Struggled about where the food ended up when ready but the team member there was kind when they helped me. Food was perfect and hit the spot. Can’t wait to come back Friday to try the fideo
