While Dairi-O is generally good, my experience has been highly variable.
The good: Their restaurant is unfailingly clean, and the employees friendly and efficient.
The bad: Food ingredients appear to be good quality, but preparation is not always the best.
My last visit, I was craving a chicken sandwich, so I ordered one and they apparently did not prepare it spicy, just plain. The chicken breast was also a very small portion, It could not have been more than 3 ounces. It was just slightly larger than say, a ketchup packet and comparably, much smaller than Chick-fil-A or Popeyes. I would definitely not order it again.
I think maybe they mistakenly gave me a chicken strip or nugget instead of the sandwich patty.

We enjoyed our visit here. The menu is a great size neither too small or too large. The burgers were great with any options. The restaurant was very busy but we were served with efficiency. My husband purchased a milkshake and he said it was tasty. Back to the meal the fries were hit and fresh and their custom size for a combo had plenty of fries. The employees could be more friendly.. they were not bad just nothing extra.

My monster burger was pretty good. I was able to substitute my fries for onion rings which were both delicious. Great selection of Pepsi products, sweet and unsweetened tea, I was surprised to find Nathans lemonade. My wife tried the chicken suvlaki on a pita but said my burger was much better than her meal. Would have given a 5 star review if they provided Veterans discount like most other restaurants in the area.

Love the hot dogs! I Always get the #1 combo , all the way, and it is so delicious! Fries always fresh and hot and well seasoned. Th buttered buns are gods gift to man!! Just takes the hot dogs up a whole other level! Great food, great price and always great service! I like how it always looks really clean in here too ❤️

Fantastic milkshakes… however you have to ask for a hand scooped milkshake otherwise they use soft serve. HUGE difference! If it were my restaurant, I would ask every customer in the drive through or ins store, “if they wanted their milkshake upgraded to handscooped” if it wasn’t designated as their choice to begin with. Hot dogs are good, but I’m not a fan of their spicy chicken sandwich.
