It is sooo good. I had the chicken and the beef taco. I wish I can eat more. Everyone there was so friendly. If I lived closer, I will be there every week.

Found this gem while searching for tasty tacos online. Portions are generous, flavors rich, and the fresh hand crafted tortilla elevates everything. I strongly recommend visiting for an amazing taco experience.

Authentic Carne Asada Tacos! Meat is seasoned well and the tortillas are home made. One of the better spots in LA! A must visit.

These are the best tacos in Los Angeles and top 2 or 3 in the United States, it’s not even close. The difference in taste between every other taco I’ve had in LA is significant. Yes, it’s worth the drive if you’re outside of Downtown. They took me back to Tijuana and gave me a ratatouille moment. The smell of the tortillas got me immediately. The salsa, meat cooked on charcoal, with the sides and tortillas make for the perfect taco. Carne asada ones are a must, pastor is a good #2

Stopped by to enjoy a little Taco Tuesday but when it came to by total, I was like what are you charging me for and he states that the little bit of cheese on my two tacos were $2 each ; definitely won’t be back. Don’t order the chicken tacos, for it doesn’t have enough flavor.

I see why there’s always a long line at this amazing taco spot. They make everything fresh and infront of your eyes. The quality of the homemade tortillas, meats, and salsas is top notch! Definitely have to try the Vampiros and tacos árabes. I tried four different meats and they were all amazing!

This is where we normally stop off after sporting events in South LA. Fresh tortillas, quality meats and salsa, different Agua frescas. The tacos arabes are awesome, a little different from your standard street taco. But the standard street tacos are also very good with the standard toppings and free fresh guac. All the classics, burritos, multitas, quesadillas, etc. They also put on a show chopping everything in front of you and adding salsa with flare as they make your food on fresh tortillas. While there don’t skip on a crepe for dessert. One note, lots of parking but gets busy after some events.

The are THE BEST tacos, hands down. Its kinda busy now bc everyone knows the spot, but they move fast. Tortillas hechas a mano, someone sells deserts in the same lot (crepes/mini pancakes). Parking can be a little wild, but we make it work. They have a free lot, its usually full, but you might get lucky. Otherwise, there’s street parking along both sides of Avalon. Worth it.

Came here in 2020 and again in 2023. This is a mandatory stop if I’m in LA.
The signature guacamole differentiates this taco spot from others visually. But taste wise, this has to be one of your stops if you’re doing a taco tour in LA. The Al pastor pales a bit in comparison to other spots but that’s my only complaint.
I got the privilege to introduce this spot to someone who’s never had authentic tacos before and they absolutely loved it.
Parking is tricky but I had no problem finding a spot in the tire lot on a Tuesday at 630pm(early for tacos, I know).

Every time I come to LA we go to eat here. The food is made fresh to order and is out of this world. The salsas are absolutely delicious.
