This was the worst location I have ever been to. First we were not greeted at all. We found a table and sat. Then when we finally were greeted all the menus were disgusting. We ordered an appetizer that took over twenty mins with less than 7 guests guest in the building. We ordered hot water and it wasn’t even lukewarm warm over 2 times. Manger came and apologized. We finally ordered food when the lady came back. The male guest were her only concern. The side plates we got were dirty and we were initially given plastic silverware for hot water. We ordered 30 wings. Not only did they take over 35 mins they were incorrect. The breaded wings were hard. You can tell either they were old or had freezer burn. When we expressed this to the red/ orange hair supervisor she said oh she probably miss understood you you. The wings were so hard my 11 year old struggled to eat. The waiter then stopped coming to our table when the lights went out. However the guy behind us wanting a beer was served. He only got one ranch for 30 wings. When we asked for more we got bleu cheese. This restaurant had myself and my daughter sick out of a party of 4. You can tell the cook were in the back playing and didn’t care. I have never been treated so poorly. The food quality was below fast food. Beware of this experience for your own . They sent us off as if though we were a problem for horrible service and food. I really had high hopes for this restaurant.

Well, when you order buffalo sliders and hot wings, you’d think you would get sauce. Buffalo sliders didn’t come with sauce. Hot wings barely had any sauce on them at all. Buffalo sliders didn’t have anything at all on them sauce wise. Breading was soggy. As I sit here writing this and my girlfriend is yelling at me in the background, I regret ordering delivery. This is one of her favorite things to eat and of course it was her order that got messed up. Paid $60+ online and definitely am not satisfied with what we got.

We had such a great time at this location! It was our first time at this location and our server Ashlund made us feel incredibly welcome! She walked us through food recommendations, although we’ve been to hooters in grand prairie each location has their best sellers and she happily pointed that out!
Ashlund’s personality was such delight, She was inviting and easy to talk to, it was a plus that our toddler absolutely loved her! making the whole experience stress free! We will definitely be asking for her next time we’re around

Her energy and professionalism were outstanding. She was attentive and she anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask.
Her personality and smile made the entire visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. She was friendly, engaging, and carried herself with the kind of confidence that instantly makes guests feel comfortable.
Her attention to detail was impressive as she’s working the whole bar area.
She elevated the entire atmosphere. It’s rare to find someone who can balance great service with genuine conversation, but Brittany did it effortlessly.
Because of her, my visit went from a simple stop for drinks to a standout experience worth talking about. Brittany is a clear asset to your team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Awesome experience at this Hooters location during recent travels. Our server, Yannah, was amazing. We were seated quickly and greeted with a kind smile and warm welcome. She was attentive and super sweet. She got our order correct and checked on us to ensure we weren’t in need of anything else. The wings were delicious, their mild and medium wing sauce is my absolute favorite to dip wings and curly fries. The fried pickles were sooooo good, not too much breading, perfectly cooked. One of the best Hooters experiences we’ve had in terms of service and quality of food. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Since this review I have eaten here twice and I was beyond impressed on both occasions! They have lowered the price for 10wings, and the quality and preparation of the wings is amazing!! Seriously (3/7/26) I just ate the best 10 wings I’ve ever had ANYWHERE! THE OLD HOOTERS IS BACK! Go give them a try guys!
Worst food I’ve ever put in my mouth. Had wings delivered with Medium wing sauce on side and had to drive back to store because sauce was all vegetable oil/butter with a tint of orange, you could literally see through it.
Once I got there and stood at the front for 10min waiting for the manager to come out of hiding, I showed him the liquified sauce and he quickly told me “sorry, that’s our sauce now” and offered absolutely zero solutions.
This was not just “their sauce now” it was the combo of an incompetent cook that couldn’t read the sauce recipe correctly and a manager that couldn’t care less. It was so bad I had to go to Kroger and get my own buffalo sauce.
Thennnn after all that, the actual wings were complete trash! T r a s h!!!! $26 Down the drain.

Judy was hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve had in a long time. She was friendly, fast, and made the whole experience fun and comfortable. Her energy really set the tone for the day especially being it’s Halloween. She was super attentive without being overbearing, and she made sure my drink never went empty. She is definitely a sales grower. Me being in this industry I could definitely see that. You can tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares about the guests. If you stop by Hooters, definitely ask for Judy she’ll take great care of you!

I’ve been here three times already and have had exceptional service from Vanessa, Cayli and Emma! The food always comes out good and they always make sure I have a cold beer. They’re always keeping busy even in their downtime by cleaning. We always have nice conversations, these waitresses give a great atmosphere and vibe. They are just the nicest of girls. Please consider giving them a raise or I’ll keep tipping them handsomely.

The food was so delicious and cooked just how I asked for it. The service was amazing as my waitress. I definitely recommend everyone around the Fort Worth area to come here for a great experience.
