We might go back, just not in a hurry to return. We came on a Saturday morning, and it felt like they were short staffed, our server was serving the whole side of the building, so we were just being patient even though we did get empty on drinks. I personally feel like the manager should have been helping her run food and get refills since she was so overwhelmed. The food was what you’d expect at Ihop, nothing fancy, but we could tell that it day under the heart lamp a little long as the eggs got a little dry and the pancakes were a little mushy like they’ve been sitting for a while. I really feel like if the server had help, our experience would have been so much better. The restaurant itself needs a good deep clean, on the surface it looked good, but under the tables wer sticky, the window ledges had dust on them, and the floors under the legs of the tables had old food bits under them. With some good cleaning and better staging, this location could be up there with a 5 star. I’ll go back in a bit to do another review, and see if they get it cleaned up.

The service was outstanding, and our waitress, Darlene, was incredibly polite and attentive. The general manager, Moe, also took the time to check on our party of four, which we truly appreciated. I hadn’t visited an IHOP in over 10 years due to past concerns about cleanliness, but this experience completely changed my perspective. This IHOP has the best service! I was sat almost immediately and Darlene was my server. She was quick to get to me and I saw her quickly getting to her other tables as well. She super friendly and attentive! While she tended to another table another server Ary quickly brought me some sauces as well she was really friendly and helpful! Bonnie is also super kind and fun to converse with. Got to talk with the cook Vincent he was also really cool! Super sweet helpful staff 10/10 service!

French toast is delicious so was the big breakfast burrito but my eggs were overcooked as well as toast being hard. Also service was lacking at the beginning of our stay, it DID improve once we got our food. Coffee was alright

I went for breakfast with my family today, as we like to visit this place occasionally, but the experience is always the same: the service from the waitstaff is very poor. I’ve been here before, and I always end up waiting longer than normal, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. Today was worse than ever; I waited over 20 minutes, and they didn’t even ask what I wanted to drink. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT terrible service every time I’ve been.
