1st time here & won’t be the last!
Besides it being Celiac safe, the food & service were great! Angel & Liz were amazing! I was able to enjoy my birthday breakfast (apple walnut French toast). It was worth the 40 minute drive. I can’t wait to return. I highly recommend!!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

When I arrived there for a pickup I’m greeted by a lovely older woman and I waited around until my order was ready, they weren’t slammed they were about 60% capacity, I got my to go order which consisted of cream chip beef over home fries I asked for rye toast with butter which had absolutely no butter on it, the home fries were just cubed potatoes that were cooked so long that there was no potato content in them anymore just a shell, my Scrapple resembled precooked scrapple that was laid to the side for lunch rush and then recooked again per order, it was very dry and chewy I wound up throwing it out, sadly entire experience was mediocre at best as an extra restaurant owner I hate to give bad reviews but I also like to be fair so that the owner can get real feedback so that they can fix the things that need attention. If you’re a big cream chip beef or biscuits and gravy person that loves it from scratch visit the white horse election at the Amish to make everything from scratch another great place is the Morgantown coffee House they don’t have a menu because their menu changes on what’s available and fresh.

Food is good and coffee is excellent. Pricing is ridiculous. We were charged $12.25 for a plain toasted bagel with egg and cheese. This is highway robbery. I brought it up to the waitress and she said it was billed correctly. She ended up taking off charges for toast to make up for it. We come here frequently and it’s not the first time I’ve been charged a ridiculous amount of money for something.

Enjoyed lunch here for the first time this week. I was overjoyed to find a chicken salad sandwich with no white onion on GF bread. Their homemade chips are excellent too. My husband ordered the chef salad and it was great. Great service. Fun selection of menu items and desserts. Don’t forget to drop by the Apple Walnut deli/store/market just 2-3 door down. Samples! Also, reasonable prices. I’ll be back.

Perfect! A little out of the ordinary and scrumptiously delicious. I love the free little cake for a tasty sweet before and after the meal. Friendly service and a cool café vibe.

Had to start my review while I’m still sitting here because this place was SO good.

The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and more interesting than most breakfast menus. They even gave me a delicious little piece of cake when I walked in! I had the Avocado BLT and it had the best structure/texture of any BLT I’ve had. The crunch of the rye bread was perfect, just enough mayo, the bacon didn’t pull itself out of the sandwich when I bit into it, the tomato held its shape and had great flavor….

And honestly that wasn’t the best part of the experience. I sat at the counter and was given some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. The kind that deserves immediate recognition.

Angel was aptly named and made me feel at home. Wasted no time getting me a coffee, gave me space to pick from the menu, and noticed within a few seconds when I was ready to order. She refreshed my coffee when needed, checked in on me exactly as often as I wanted, and was also just generally really kind and funny. It was perfect service!

And I’m not even paying close attention to that stuff usually. I only leave reviews when they’re really really deserved (in either direction).

Trust the reviews, you’ll have a great experience eating here!

My partner loved the two eggs over easy with potatoes and bacon. Both the potatoes and bacon were perfectly cooked – neither were hard, dry or crunchy. My compliments to the chef. We can’t wait to return.

When you get there, ask for Nicole. I walked to the Apple Walnut Cafe from Pep Boys to eat while waiting for a break job. I was overjoyed to find a menu with REAL food on a menu that wasn’t insanely trendy, as most places seem to do lately. It was served quickly and was delicious. It satisfied more than my appetite. The true enjoyment was Nicole, my server. Getting a brake job isn’t a joyous errand, but, Nicole made my day with her kindness and genuine conversation.
