Next the food, every single thing we ordered was so so so delicious. The artichoke fritters were so delicious and I couldn’t stop at one. The pasta too good was definitely too good! It was a lot for me alone and I definitely recommend sharing unless you can fill up on just pasta.
The dessert was Okayish and I don’t see that taking over the fritters and the pasta. Service was very quick despite being so busy and we had a great time. A very festive atmosphere and it was definitely worth it!
If you’re lucky, you’ll get Ashley as your waitress. She did an amazing job accommodating us and I would come back just for her service. You can tell that she has a lot of experience in hospitality.
Definitely do yourself a favor and get a reservation and get dessert, you won’t regret it!
I ordered the manicotti with a meatball on the side and WOW was that ever a delicious plate of food. The meatball was juicy and packed with flavor as well.
The canolli was heavenly and the perfect ending to a tremendous dinner!
The waitress was very polite, knowledgeable, and had great suggestions for what to order.
We ordered the pasta too good and the misto mare for our dinner. The portions were generous and the flavors are amazing. The misto mare comes with quite an assortment of seafood.
The Bomba Spumoni Gelato is a great dessert to finish off your meal with too. Thank you Mama Carolla’s for a great time!
The place is pretty packed, even with a reservation we had to wait for 30 min to get a table but the moment you’re shown to your table the service is exceptional.
We opted for verandah seating, it was a hit with the weather being cooler than the other days.
Our server Sherry knows what she’s doing and great at recommending house specials and the various items at the menu. She even made sure about the dietary restrictions before hand.
We ordered their Sicilian Asparagus patties, rosemary chicken lasagna and Chicken involtine. Everything tasted delicious and I cannot wait to go back and try the others.
Also, you cannot miss their house made tiramisu. It was delishhhhh.
She bragged to her other table that she had been there 20+ years. So why the annoyance? You should be thrilled to boast about dining options. She was only a little warm when it was time to check out and tip. The food was bland and tasteless and seemed to be cooked for another day and reheated.
The server was so combative I didn’t feel comfortable having her return it to the kitchen. This was such a disappointment. I hope this place gets back to what made them special. Please talk to the servers about carrying the same attitude as the kind host and greeters.
