This place is sooo cute and the food was even better. Everything was fresh and delicious. My picky eater love it too! I really enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich and the popcorn chicken. The tea comes in a cute and very durable cup. I had to call this out because it’s was a plus for me. I loved everything and will be back soon!

My husband and I recently visited this spot to try their milk teas, and overall, we had a nice experience. I ordered the honey milk tea with boba, and he went with the honeydew milk tea with boba. The flavor of both drinks was really good — not overly sweet, just the right balance. The boba was perfectly chewy and there was a good amount in each cup, which we appreciated. However, both drinks had quite a bit of ice, and for me, it was a little too much. It diluted the flavor quicker than I would have liked and made it hard to enjoy the full richness of the drink toward the end.
We also tried some of their snacks, the potato-wrapped whole sausage and the mozzarella corn dogs. Both were delicious and freshly made. The corn dogs had that perfect crispy exterior with stretchy mozzarella inside, and the potato sausage had a fun texture and flavor combo that made it stand out from the usual snack fare.
They also offer Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi), which looked really good on the menu, but we didn’t try them this time. Definitely something we’ll come back for on our next visit.
The atmosphere inside is very warm and inviting, with tasteful decor that gives it a cozy but modern feel. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to sit down, relax, and enjoy your food and drinks at a comfortable pace.
We’re already looking forward to coming back to try more of the menu!

Flavor packed Grilled Beef Bahn Mi and Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The pickled vegetables are perfect and fresh. Plenty of meat within and a fresh crusty baguette. We will be back! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

As an out-of-towner visiting for the first time, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all my questions with care. The atmosphere is perfect for socializing—warm, welcoming, and great for catching up with friends or family.
Now, the food: absolutely delicious! The Chicken Baos were a highlight, and you cannot leave without trying the Crème Brûlée Croffle and the Ube Croffle. We paired it all with their Vietnamese Coffee (iced and hot), which was spot on. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the salad, add rice noodle and your choice of meat! Also great is the crispy pork belly banh mi… popcorn chicken (complete with properly done fried Basil) and meat pie!!! Fresh fruit croffle is stellar. So delicious. Also recommend ube crème brûlée drink with boba. So so glad I don’t have to drive to Denver for this anymore!!! My husband says the milk tea actually has good tea flavor unlike other competitors in town

Drove 40 minutes for this since the pictures posted on fb look soooo good. Tried the popcorn chicken and it wasnt crispy at all, it was soggy. It was also so much pepper taste that thats all you can taste. The milo thing that cost almost $12 i was most excited about, but it did not look how they advertised it AT ALL.
The wait time here is crazy LONG even if you order ahead.
Posting the advertised VS what we got.

Had a great experience at Paris Bahn Mi! If you’re into Asian food, this place is it. They’ve lots of options, so you’ll definitely find something you love. Their banh mi have pletty of savory filling choices, bbq pork is always perfect for me. Their Vietnamese coffee was a Wow, strong and sugary, exactly how I like it! (had to go to the gym after that)The total bill will take off about 3.5% if you pay by cash.
We also tried the Korean corn dog, which was fun and tasty twist! The employees were helpful and friendly. With so much to choose from, I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

I’ve only ordered on Door dash so I don’t know how it is in person (yet), but their Ube Milk Tea and Pork Banh Mi are delicious, the bread was nice and soft which I’m always picky about and nice big portions. But that wasn’t the best part, the Paris Fruit Croffle was to die for!!

I’ve been looking for a place that serves good Bahn Mi.
This place is good.
It’s not the best I’ve had, but for Colorado Springs, it’ll have to do as there isn’t much competition.
It’s clean and tidy inside, which is standard for a chain.
They have a station for water, sauces, and utensils. My only gripe is that the chile sauce, although flavorful, is mild.
The Bahn Mi bread was ok.
The pork inside was fantastic.
I liked the vegetables inside but wish that there were more, particularly jalapeños.
We also ordered Vietnamese coffees, which were strong and yummy.
Prices are ok, and while the sandwiches are lengthy, they aren’t that girthy, so not much room for meat and vegetables.
The staff were polite and friendly.
Some of their other menu items look interesting.
I’ll likely revisit to make sure this wasn’t an off day.
When I do, I’ll add an addendum to this review.

Their bánh mì is really good. Generous portions. Combo bánh mì is better than the rest. But bánh mì fish cake (chả cá) and bánh mì pork belly are also pretty good. I hope pork belly skin can be a bit more crispy. Their egg coffee is phenomenal. Just wish they sell smaller size bc their one size only is huge for one person consumptiom. It’s hard to eat anything else when you drink that. Their croffles are to-die-for, especially the Paris flavor one. So grateful COS finally has some very decent bánh mì to enjoy. Now, if your stomach doesn’t ger along very well with their combo bánh mì, it could be bc of the butter mayo in there and that you may have lactose intollerance. Just tell them to skip it. Still tastes pretty good without it. Glad they have croissant (smaller portion and cheaper) as well as burger buns to try since the traditional baguette bread can be hard on the gum sometimes, especially with their very big size. Wish they had 2/3 of the current loaf size. Half is not enough, full is too much. Don’t forget to ask about punch card from them. Also, paying by cash is a bit cheaper than cards. Love their miscellaneous snacks on the shelves and the various dessert too.
Their cream cheese garlic ball (cut up, picture below) is AMAZING. If you like cream cheese and garlic, definitely try it.
