My daughter Suzanne Pina and I ordered a Vegetarian pizza this past Saturday at around 12:30 PM. We ordered it online and paid for it online. We happen to like the ingrediants used on the vegetarian pizza but we add pepparoni and extra cheese. The pizza we got was horrible. There was on slice of tomato, four mushrooms lots of black olives, lots of green chili and a lot of cheese. No onions, no green bell pepper. The bottom of the chust was black–the entire bottom not just a couple of places. There was hardly any pizza sauce on the crust–it was dry and yet “doughy” in the center. We were taking the pizza to share with some other friends and if it had not been so far away, I would have instantly brought it back. I have never had a bad pizza at Dions–I always felt ordering from Dions assured me of a good pizza. I think only one piece was eaten–the rest we threw away because it was horrible. It was a waste of money. I was terribly disappointed and embarrassed.

Good pizza, but the service is always incredibly slow. Ordering online doesn’t help as this location told me they don’t start preparing your pizza until you show up and go to the register. There are better options with better service.

First time at this Dion’s. The service was great and our subs were ready quickly. These were the best subs we’ve ever had from a Dion’s! The bread was hot, crispy and fantastic! I was still thinking about that sub the next day. Oh, we’ll be back soon!

Pizza is always hot and fresh. We usually pickup and our order is always on time or early. This is by far our favorite Rio Rancho pizza.

We just picked up the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was soggy and dripping with grease. Zero sauce. It was a blob of cheese and soggy crust. Not edible.
Dions is one of my favorites but this location is terrible. This location also does not seem to know how to use a pizza slicer.
We’ve had this issue in the past but thought we would give it another try. This time it was worse.
Management needs to get a handle on this location.

I always like Dion’s Pizza. We got ours to go. It was a thin crust pepperoni and green chili and it was wonderful. After I phoned in my order I got held up for a substantial amount of time. The manager called me to see if I was still wanting my pizza which I was and they made me a fresh one! They really went over and above!

Ridiculous system for orders. I called in an order on Halloween night since 5:30 p.m., for 2 pizzas and a salad, I was told a 2 hour wait, I said o.k. I got there at 7 p.m. I was told it would take another 14 minutes, at 7:38 p.m. I sat there watching, they served the people walking to counter that were going to eat in first. 2 hours gets an order put on the bottom cuz they have plenty of time for that order and the walk ins are served right away. Never again, the Dions in Bernalillo has NEVER done that to my order. That little girl night time manager at the Unser location could careless about a proper system. And then she answered the phone like the newly elected prom queen, I did not congratulate her.

Always had great pizza here. This time, they got the phone order wrong. I ordered two “14 inch” specialty pizzas and ended up with two large (16″) more expensive pizzas, only got a “sorry” from the cashier. Due to time constraints, I paid for their mistake and left. Tip: HAVE THEM REPEAT YOUR PHONE ORDER WITH THE TOTAL PRICE, record them if you can. Or order in-person like I plan on doing in the future. Still they have great food
