Beautiful restaurant, food is tasty, staff is foreigner friendly, they can speak English, the sour cream is perfect, tastes exactly like the one I had back home, you can oay with card, we had to wait about 30 min for our food but if you think that dishes are freshly made then it makes sense. The food was amazing. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and patient. They lifted up the atmosphere and the waiter even helped our blind colleague which was a very pleasant surprise. The food was high quality and worth the trip. In the end, 2 appetizers, one main course, one dessert and one drink was cheaper than a watermelon in my home country. Huge respect.

I was in the Czech Republic for several weeks and ate here twice. First I want to discuss visiting. I came in once without a reservation and was seated quickly. The second time I made a reservation and staff were a bit rude about making the reservation. To be honest staff always felt a bit annoyed at us for visiting. We tried our best to speak Czech and be polite, but staff felt a bit cold.
The atmosphere was impacted by service, but I will say it gets lively in here. The restaurant is not particularly large so it can get loud in a good way. Food seems to be cooked as ordered, so we did wait easily over twenty minutes for dishes to come out. I didn’t mind as you could tell dishes were fresh.
I have traveled all over Latin America so I have had the best of the best Latin food. Sabroso does a good job with their dishes. The ingredients always felt fresh. The tacos, burrito, soup, and nachos were all really good. I wouldn’t call dishes super authentic, but I still think everything tasted pretty darn good.
Prices seemed pretty fair for most dishes.

What a gem of a restaurant! Staff was amazing and my family and I felt really spoilt. Generous portions for a very reasonable price and food was delicious. Lovely presentation of both food and drinks, very welcoming atmosphere. Fast and friendly service. 100% recommend and would visit again when in Prague.

Absolutely phenomenal place, hidden in Strašnice at first glance on the street it doesn’t stand out much but what happens inside is magical. The food is excellent, service is very pleasant and always with a smile, the portions are insane. To top it off homemade lemonades or alcoholic drinks don’t disappoint either. All for a fair price.

This place is great. The food was delicious, they serve very big portions. It’s true authentic mexican food. Prices are great, they have a lot of food and drink options. It’s in a basement but very cosy, a true mexican vibe. Service was friendly and fast. I would definately recommend this place.

And food… omg! I will quote my mum – “the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been”. The portions are huge, but they will pack leftovers for you without problem. My favourite thing ever, to try every Mexican dish, is Plate for two. However, it is not for two for sure. You can eat it without problem in 3 people. Or you can have leftovers packed and you have food for another day too.
So in summary – yes go there, you won’t regret for sure.

Sabroso is the best Mexican restaurant in Prague hands down.
It takes a while for the food to be ready but its worth the wait.
Everything is delicious and the portions are big that we always end up bring home the leftovers that can be another meal.
