I go to McDonald’s twice a year for Monopoly and McRib. I ordered from the online Monopoly menu and got no peels on my items. I asked the manager and she said Monopoly is over. Also ordered a large fries and got the equivalent of a small fries. Not thrilled

Quick to order but you wait at least 10 minutes to get your food. Drive-thru/mobile/in person – don’t matter. Food quality consistent with a McDonald’s product: not quite like the pictures but it’s what you’re used to.

At what point when making this did you stop to think that maybe this is not acceptable? After a long 13 hour shift opening this was definitely the icing on the cake. Please make sure to give people what they ask for and not a chicken nugget sandwich !

I frequent this establishment frequently, as it is the closest location to my home. However, there has been a consistent issue with vehicles being parked to stop their timers, which results in customers waiting at least 10 minutes for their orders. Today alone, more than eight cars were parked and waiting for food ahead of me. This is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.
If this is how the location is intended to operate, I will not be returning. There is no reasonable explanation for such long wait times for simple orders. This is not an isolated incident, and based on past experience, it is unlikely to be the last.

Went through drive thru, got sent over to a wait parking spot with 8 other cars who are also waiting. It’s been 20 minutes since I ordered and still have yet to get my food. It’s called fast food. I get my food faster at a sit down restaurant. This is absolutely unacceptable. Finally got out of my car and the guy in a flannel onesie slow walking out. Gets to my car and the fries were cold. How you gonna have people wait that long and then give them cold fries? Worst service I’ve ever gotten and whoever is the manager there should be ashamed.

I order from this location out of convenience. It’s closest to home but sometimes I drive out of my way to others because this McDonald’s NEVER has your food ready. If I mobile order or even order at the drive thru I’m always asked to pull into a numbered spot. The numbered spot I’m asked to pull into is always occupied by another vehicle and there seems to be a collective of cars in the parking lot when the employee comes out they survey maybe 3 cars before they find where the food is supposed to go. This place needs to do better. Whether it’s hire more staff or fix the turn around time on orders. But this is ridiculous. Mobil ordering is suppose to save time but I feel that I’m always stuck waiting around for it.

Love the tenders, and great sandwich. Good addition to the McDonald’s menu! I meant to get the beef burger but being on the phone made a typo on the self serve, silly me! Still enjoyed it, the food was fresh and good. Good attention by the staff.
I wish the salad was still on the McDonald’s menu I would go there more often for a burger and a salad, or some chicken and a salad.

I don’t usually leave food reviews, but I had such a deeply upsetting experience today that I feel I have to speak up. I ordered a large fry, but manager Naavin gave me a small instead. When I calmly pointed it out, he refused to correct the order or issue a refund. Things only got worse; the fries accidentally slipped off the counter, and instead of showing any empathy or understanding, he threatened to call the police on me.
I left the store empty-handed, without food or a refund. With everything going on right now ;especially during the government shutdown;this meal was all I could afford to share with my sibling today. I tried to explain and even pleaded with him to help fix the mistake, but he laughed and dismissed me.
It’s now 7:00 PM, and I’m still trying to figure out how to get full and make sure my sibling eats tonight. I’ve never felt so humiliated or helpless over something so small, and I hope McDonald’s looks into this situation seriously. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when they’re just trying to get the meal they paid for.

Gentlemen with a yellow shirt and curly short hair at the window gave me 4 drinks without a cup holder, when I asked for one his answer was “people usually say no” and I then said well I need it sir. He gave it to me no issue but it’s common sense to give a cup holder with 3 or more drinks. Then he turns around and starts texting on his phone. Very unprofessional set of individuals here.

Allowed 3 packs of ketchup for a large fry and they will not bend the rules. McDonald’s has just become so impersonal at this point, there is absolutely nothing about customer service with McDonald’s. First time using the app, last visit for certain. Fries are half empty.
