Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Since we were through with shopping my daughter wanted to snack on some fries. So, we went across the way to Whataburger. The restaurant is very clean, neat in appearance and well organized. My daughter ordered medium fries for $2.99, I ordered the Whataburger meal, onion rings and medium Dr. Pepper for $10.99. The fries and onion rings, were nice crispy and hot. The burger was made to perfection and very tasty. Our cashier was Mr. Johan, who was very polite and welcoming. When I asked for the law enforcement discount Ms. Jolie, was readily available to assist. She had a very sweet smile, kind and very polite. She made sure our order was correct and asked if we needed anything else. Both Ms. Jolie and Mr. Johan did an outstanding job and were very attentive. Both are to be commended for a job well done.

I visit this store quite frequently. The food is always great and the service is quick. Lately I’ve noticed how the management speaks to their employees. I’ve witnessed amberlee being rude and just plain nasty to the employees under her. I can’t believe Whataburger is allowing this to happen, as management should be building their up versus tearing them down. It creates a negative environment in the store, something neither the employees nor customers wish to be apart of.

On last week I went to this waterburger and the nice lady Tay took my order very respectfully and helpful. She made me smile during the whole process. The process was fast, the store clean and the food was very hot. I recommend this waterburger on Glade.

I like to stop in to this place quite often after every shift, so the employees often know when I’m about to stop in when I do, and I always get my food nice and fresh. The manager Reilly is especially nice, and greets me with a smile every time I see her.

Consistently slow, food is cold by the time you get it. Curbside is a nightmare wait…drive thru is slow too. They forget things or just choose not to include them. A real bummer, since the location is convenient. I kept hoping it’d get better, but every time we visit… I regret it. Hope they can get their act together.

Service was quick inside! Two waiting lanes at Drive thru which helps shortened the drive thru line plus service was fairly quick. Someone comes out to the 2nd lane to take payment and hand you your food. Very convenient.

The food at this Whataburger was delicious as always, and our server – Elijah, was kind and efficient. He brought our food out quickly and made sure we had napkins, condiments, and refills. It was a bit busy, but the staff handled it well.

Great service, went during lunch for a quick bite and it did not disappoint. Restaurant was clean, food was great and the food great as well. From the cashier’s taking our order to Elijah’s proffesionalism bringing our food to the table making sure the order was right. Definitely will be back
