Kept telling my self, it’s McDonald’s. No one is at the counter taking ur order, kiosk only. I tried to get a refill, got ignore. After 3min at the counter one employee said give me just a second (looked like she didn’t want to be here), young Manager asked refill?, and turned away, told the other employee he needs a refill. I’m still holding my cup, and she gets me a new cup with soda. Bottom line, expect hot food but customer service not at all…

It was a horrible experience since the beginning I was trying to use the kiosk to place my order and it was not Tammy order. They saw me struggling no one seemed to care or ask if I needed help, I proceeded to just get in my car to go through the drive through because my son wanted his food we ordered and got our food our drinks still have not been given to us yes we are at the drive through it’s been over 8 minutes the girl that took our order just left another girl brought out only one of our drinks and we’re still missing 2 drinks we have the receipt and we had to go inside to get our drink because apparently there’s no one working at this McDonald’s that knows what they’re doing

Very disappointing!!! Went through the drive thru and ordered a Oreo McFlurry, and 2 ice cream cones…. Was told it was put in a cup because the cream was melting, if I wanted it in a cup I would have asked for it that way, I was never given a choice. I recommend not going to this location, if the ice cream is bad maybe the food is left out too…..

This is without a doubt the worst McDonald’s in all of America. They will on average have 4 or 5 cars waiting in the mobile order pickup. It’s pretty normal to see 7 or 8 cars Today there was 13. And it’s only getting worse.
I’ve complained to McDonald’s corporate and to this franchisee and it never gets fixed. Avoid this place if you can because it is absolutely terrible.

I used to like McDonald’s, you know what your getting, but lately everything seems smaller and costs more. You have to check in on there new kiosk, no one really working the register anymore. This one gets busy because of travelers off the 10. Prices seem to be going up and service seems to be going down. Food was ok, its McDonald’s. On my way back I stopped at a competitor and actually was really surprised, there star is shining a little brighter these days…
