Awesome place. Full of character and fun. Good prices. Good food. Great staff. There is no menu only food offered is what she is cooking for the day. The cake was sublime. Husband had the snickerdoodle coffee and said it was good.

3 people in our party – came in shortly after noon (hours posted were til 2:00 p.m.) We were told chicken salad was on the menu for lunch but we ended up getting grilled cheese & JELLY sandwiches without being told. We were also surprised by the lettuce salad with bananas (but after an internet search, I’ve learned this is quite a popular salad) Unfortunately, we were very disappointed & most of the food was left uneaten on our plates. Had we been made aware that the lunch special was no longer available & that there would be substitutions (& what those substitutions were going to be) we most likely would have chosen to eat elsewhere. It is a very charming building & the staff was very friendly.
