On a Sunday Im having a few people over and I thought, “maybe ill get A sub platter and keep it easy” go to this subway and they tell me ” no, I need to order 24 hrs in advance” great way to keep business in the door!

Terrible service; I placed a mobile order at least 15 minutes ago, and they just kept me waiting after I arrived at the shop. They said they have to serve all people on the line first. So I said “OK”, and walked to wait on the line. Once it’s my turn, I told the lady I have placed a mobile order and asked her to just prepare the order. She has already had my order printed out, but she just simply refused to make my order even I spent another 10 minutes waiting on the line. No more ordering food from the shop for me.

Ordered through the Subway app for Delivery. Order showed up missing my daughters pizza. Called the store, no answer. Called number on receipt, no answer.

Drive to the store, ask for a Manager and am told there is no manager in the store. They made the pizza for me and offered me a free cookie, which I declined.

I paid for delivery and tip for the driver and ultimately had to drive to the store myself due to forgotten item. I appreciate the gesture and I know the employees can’t do much but that’s not going to resolve my issue – which is why a manager should be on duty for situations like these. Almost 3 years ordering from this Subway, this will be the last time.

My husband and I purchased 2 sub combos today around 12:30 pm. He had just went to the ATM, he only had 3 20 dollar bills in his wallet. Our total was 20 dollars and some change. He handed the female employee 2 20 dollar bills. I was standing right beside him, I could see both 20s they were not stacked on top of each other completely.
The employee only gave my husband coins and no receipt.
He asked where the rest of his change was. She stated he gave her a 20 and a 1 dollar bill. He told her that he gave her 2 20s, that he only had 20s in his wallet. She said no you didn’t , you only handed me a 20 dollar bill and a 1 dollar bill. I then tried to tell her she’d made a mistake … she would not disscus it and didn’t even offer to even take our information. In our business if someone felt an error was made we took their information so we could contact them after we counted down the drawer if there was an error.
My husband and I have both been in the restaurant business for decades. We understand everyone is human, and mistakes can be made by anyone.We do not make scenes, and do not complain.
However her whole demeanor and the way it was handled was beyond unacceptable!

Camila makes a killer sub. I’ve been eating at this Subway for a while, and so far Camila is by far the best sub maker since I started ordering there. I hope she’s working next time I come by or order online.

I’ve been here multiple times and they are always out of Italian Herb & Cheese bread. As a former Sandwich Artist, I know it was late enough in the morning that the bread needed for that day should have been ready to go, but it was not. They also didn’t have pepper packets for my mom’s sandwich. They filled both boxes with salt to try and fool you. But the service is usually pretty good.

Saw the BRIGHT “OPEN” SIGN from Route 234. By the time we parked and walked up, the place was dark…at 8:54 PM.

6/26/2023 UPDATE: This time we got 10 feet from the door before they scrambled to turn-off the lights and lock the door…at 8:50 PM. How is it management has never watched this happen from the parking lot?

We used to come here a lot but in recent years we could tell the owner is growing a little tired of running the place. I get the sense that the young employees are not very happy to work there. Quality of ingredients was good and fairly speedy, which was nice.

Perhaps if the business is closed, turn off your “open” sign, especially if you’re serving others already inside. For folks driving by in hopes of eating (not using their phone while driving to check open and closed times), its a waste of time getting all the way to the door for it to be locked and just stared at by the employees inside.
