The service and the atmosphere is always a draw to this place regardless of location. No different here. But I think the quality of the food has gone downhill at pretty much all of them. The menu has changed quite a bit over the years and not really for the better. However, this was a quick hop from my hotel and that was convenient. We had a good time despite the food being average at best.

I have been fortunate to be a member of a company that holds its semi-annual celebration at this location. Our server, Chelsea is incredible beyond words. Her ability to recall the traditional beverage order of each member of our fifty plus person party exceeds expectations. How she is able to satisfy the needs of so many leaves one speechless.
I congratulate the management team of this site to retain and support a team member with a set of skills that defy rationale. I push the key decision makers of our company to continue to hold as many events as possible at this location so that we can humbly enjoy the excellence of Chelsea’s skills. The service was good, the servers were very attentive and kept checking in to make sure we were ok. The food was good too, they could do with less salt on the fries, and also ask customers if they want seasoned fries.

Service was miserable. Took 20 minutes to place a drink order (water and a beer). Another 15 minutes to get the drink. Asked to put in a food order and the server said “hang on, i’ll be right back”, then disappeared for another 20 minutes. I still haven’t gotten the food as i sit here 30 minutes later. The volume on the speakers is so loud you can’t talk to the person next to you. Overall just a really, really bad experience.

The food was good as expected. However the waitress really made the experience amazing for us. We never had to ask for anything, she was so proactive when it came to our drinks, food, and sauces. She seriously made our day. Thanks for the great experience.

Ate at the bar. Server was super kind and attentive. Had the salt and vinegar chicken tenders. Probably left around 2:30pm and by 7:30 that night they were coming back up. Sorry!!!! Won’t be coming back for quite a while.

Ordered pickup here today. I ordered the southern chicken sandwich lunch combo. I ordered it grilled instead of breaded. I did arrive 10 min after my pickup time. I received a breaded chicken that had definitely been sitting a while, my fries tasted old, as if they were from the day before, and I si.ply couldn’t eat them. Definitely make sure you check your food before leaving.

I dont live too far from this BW’s so I order from this store quite a bit. But today when I stopped in to pick up an order for lunch, I witnessed a racial incident (and this is the second time in two weeks that I have seen this happen at this particular store) but this was such an ugly thing to see that o don’t think I will ever go in this store again. There is another store at Bridgewater Falls and one in Mason that I will go to instead. The problem with this store and I have noticed it since the pandemic at this store…is that they do not have a good manager who can teach these employees what is the proper job etiquette while you are on the job. It’s like the Wild West when you go to this store and you never know what you will get. But I draw the lines at racial epiteths being used by staff against paying customers.
