Kim of Kim’s wings is rude rude. I placed an order and as I was picking it up I placed a second order per someone’s request for dessert. After about 5 min I stood up and waited to the side to let an older person sit. Then she looks at her cashier and says what is she still doing here , why is she still here. She Didn’t care if I heard her. The cashier said she ordered something else. ACrawf recommended I go visit this place as I was traveling to the area. Rude rude

Kim’s Wings is an absolute must when in Cleveland. We tried their wings with sauce, rib tips, and a polish boy. Everything was exceptional. The sauce is INCREDIBLE, you have to try it to believe it. 1,000/10 – you aren’t going to regret coming here. You’ll leave addicted.

The food was overhyped honestly. Tasted just like every other place if not a little bit worse. I had high hopes since they never answer the phone for orders and are always packed in the inside of the restaurant but when I finally was able to order I realized it definitely wasn’t worth all the trouble. The wings were kinda soggy and the skin just fell right off. The fries and sauce were good though.

The special sauce is addictive ! Food was good and hot. Customer service was nice. Restaurant gets busy so expect long lines. Saw something on instagram about them having roaches which is a huge disappointment considering the fact that’s a simple easy extermination fix. The food was great though, hopefully they fixed that problem!

Ordered food via DoorDash. The chicken was stuck together and not fully cooked in the flaps, fries ice cold and I paid for sauce on everything. I had a drizzle of sauce on the chicken (which entire dinner ended up in the garbage). I paid $50 for trash… unbelievable

Hello I was at this establishment on 10/07/25. I waited in line 18 mins before someone took my order. Without even saying ” Thank you for your patience, someone will be with you shortly” Horrible customer service. If it wasn’t for the fact I had a taste for Kim’s and drove a distance. I would have gave them a piece of my mind and left. I guess we will never do better. And for where they are located, I guess that’s exactly what I should have expected!!!!

Food not fresh, pecificaly the wings, l been knowing the owners for many years, l don’t visit like l use too, it a shame they was the best back in the day, the wings was never old and cover with a lot of sauce trying to hind it. I ordered 25 wings with no sauce and bought my own Kim’s sauce for $7. When l got home the wings was covered in a lot of sauce and old hard wings, this is my first and last time complaining, ME and my family is done, this happens just to much.

I was visiting Cleveland for work and asked some of the guys were I can get some real . A couple people told me to try Kim’s. I called in an Order for a Polish boy, a Rib Dinner, and Wing Dinner with sauce. I received an amazing amount of food for the money, I believe my total was $23…that was with a can of Pepsi. The flavor of Kim’s food is unique in the bbq/wing space … believe me I have had wings all over the country! Although the wings and BBQ were great I believe I enjoyed the Polish boy the most. Definitely check this spot if you are in the Cleveland área @morircomiendo
