Went and ordered a sandwich, I asked the employee that was making my sandwich to put pickles on and he did and then proceeded to eat a pickle in the process. I couldn’t believe my eyes, so I ask if he just ate a pickle and he said yes. I told him how gross that was, and asked him to change his gloves before he finished making sandwich. He acted like it was no big deal. A simple “I’m sorry” would have gone a long ways. Never going back to this location

Clean restaurant with impeccable customer service! I didn’t catch his name but the young man in the picture (yeah I took a picture ) was so kind and helpful! He made thoughtful suggestions when I didn’t know what I wanted and showed me things on the menu I’d never noticed before. Thank you! Will be back!

Couldn’t even acknowledge that I was there stood there for over 10 minutes without them saying a word. I understand it was dinner rush and they were clearly working on an online order but not saying anything to me was very bad customer service.

The Cannon Falls Subway was impressive!! They have a spacious dine in area and it was very very clean and comfortable to sit in during our noon hour stop. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and my sandwich was terrific. Bravo!! I will remember this on any return trips to Rochester.

I work in the area and have stopped by a few times. I usually get extra cheese on my sandwich. The last time I was there the guy making me sandwich wouldn’t pull the slices apart. When I asked about it he just tore them up and put them back on the sandwich saying that was good enough.

The other people I was with said their food was good. We were here at lunch time on a Saturday. They had everything in stock and there was no wait for product.

The staff members especially Carolyn Fox, the manager, Sandra and the night crew were phenomenal. They were respectful and patient and interactive. I was members cleaning the place while two were on line helping customers. They are a great team. Carolyn made me feel welcomed and made my son excited to be there. The night crew with workers named Jesse, Carter and Eryln had a long line and yet they made everyone feel welcomed and interacted with the us and yet were efficient in their work. The only downside were the flies but it looked like the evening workers were cleaning. My son and I will definitely come back.

I was on my way back home passing through town from Rochester with my kids. We stopped to get gas at Speedway across the street, and my kids really wanted Subway for lunch. I had been to this location before, so I thought why not. It was me and my four kids, we all walked in. Not a single worker greeted us, not even a “hi.” They stared at us while making what appeared to be online orders. After standing there for a few minutes (I’m patient, we can wait, I get how busy it can be) and the workers continuing to stare at us, the first thing that comes out of the female worker’s mouth was “can you tell him to stop” in reference to my 7 year-old son. We hadn’t even gotten a “hi” and our presence hadn’t even been acknowledged, but she wanted my son, who is autistic, to stop stimming. My son stims by dragging his feet on the floor, which in turn makes noises. He enjoys the sound, but apparently it annoyed this Subway worker so much she wanted him to stop before even saying “hi.” We walked out right after that. I’ll never be back.
