I always love to go to this restaurant first out of all the other places in Greensboro. My friend and I went on Thursday February 12, 2026. I had the chicken tenders with fries. My friend had the grilled chicken plate with broccoli . My chicken tenders It was ok but the crust was burnt or looking like they hadn’t changed the oil. The young server was not so friendly, but not real rude? The young women who are the wait staff I understand they are trying to obtain Job skills but they acted a little stuck up. She only smiled at my friend and I as we were finished and paying the bill. We did not get a customer copy of the bill or I just didn’t see it. The restaurant is usually always really busy so I was surprised to see it was looking half empty when we came in but it was around 5 though. I still like the food there, they use to be better, staff and food wise.

This place is beyond amazing. This is my first time coming here after hearing all about the food & bar from other people in the area.
When you first come in, you are greeted with a very nice, clean, big atmosphere that is well organized full of tables. I was seated around the bar, which is a pretty huge bar in the middle of the restaurant that wraps around. They have various alcohol selection that appeal to costumers wanting a drink.
Our waitress was a sweet girl named Savanath who was on her A game, taking tables constantly and checking up on people. She had a smile and sweet tone in her voice the whole entire time we were there and even as we were leaving. She constantly checked up on us and got needed items very fast and also swept up dirty plates as soon as possible. She is a hard worker. I’d definitely recommend her as a waitress.
We ordered the smash burger with french fries and the hand breaded chicken tenders with tater tots. The chicken tenders were made with fresh white chicken breast that was super juicy and cooked to perfection. It sent my taste buds to heaven and constantly was dripping juice. It was perfectly soft but also crunchy on the outside, not chewy at all on the inside. The tater tots were super crunchy and so good alongside the french fries. The smash burger was juicy as well and was stuffed so much with goodness. It was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The cheese was even perfectly melted like you would see on TV.
Also, bathrooms were beautiful and very big, with huge mirrors that I didn’t expect myself to see.
The prices for everything overall were really good and average for how much food they gave on ur plate and how just absolutely delicious everything was. I definitely would come back here in the future. I’d also recommend them adding more future items to the menu with how delightful everything is. This is truly a one of a kind food experience. I’d recommend trying to others. Keep up the good work!

Gave it a try after reading a lot of reviews saying they’re good and food was really delicious.
We started with Cajun Chicken Dip. It was perfect. Cajun chicken was cooked right. Meat was tender and seasoned. It was really while it’s hot so don’t leave it until cold as it won’t be as good.
Salmon Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette > salmon was grilled right and it was very fresh. I love the candied pecans it goes so well with mixed greens and vinaigrette.
Jalapeno Ranch House Burger with side of tater tots > according to husband it was good especially the tots. Skin was crunchy yet lightly coated. You know they changed frying oil regular from this.
Service was great. our server, Kayla, was a real sweetheart. She was very attentive although it was a busy night.
Atmosphere was okay it’s just like usual sport bars. But to me when the restaurant is crowded the acoustic is too loud. You hear the tv, men talking loud and laughing, there’s just no space for the noise to escape the room. It was too noisy.

The atmosphere is what really saves this place. Katie (the bartender) is ALWAYS professional; however, many of the other girls that work here are…………full of hubris to say the least. I used to come here often, but the service and servers are horrible! This is simply MY OPINION and I encourage everyone interested in Rody’s to try out to see if your experience will be different. OBVIOUSLY if you have the complexion for the connections then your experience more than likely won’t be similar, but the again I could just be playing the victim card ♂️. Best of wishes to anyone who visits.

Food: Delicious food with lots of variety. Sandwiches, Ribs, Wings, Shrimp, Salads. No steaks that I saw but plenty to choose from. Also offers drinks / bar options.
Price: Great price and wonderful portions sizes. It was so nice that my young children actually got kids meals for a kids price w/ side and a drink.
Staff: Super friendly (even with it being later in the night when we arrived). Fast service with a smile.
Take away: I would definitely recommend this place and visit again. The prices were amazing and the food was soo yummy. What a wonderful discovery!

Good food and even better service! My hubby ordered a steak and cheese which came on a pita but it was melt in your mouth good! The atmosphere is very good. It looks like they get pretty busy so be prepared if you come during peak times. The owner even stopped by our table and thanked us for our business.
