What a lovely surprise, at a stone throw away from my very dull roadside hotel!
A cosy outdoor food truck restaurant with party lights, 2 tables, a gentle, friendly host, and super delicious Indian dishes! You can taste that everything here is made with fresh, pure ingredients and a lot of skill and attention.
My last meal in US but the first place i wish i could return!
Had a relaxed chat with the owner, felt a bit like home! Interestingly he chose to make his menu vegetarian! What a hero, here in the middle of Texas!
Thank you for a lovely last evening in the US!
PS: the magazine with jokes and riddles was definitely a bonus!

Great Indian food, open late. It’s in the La Quinta Hotel parking lot which was nice because we were across the street at Candlewood so I could walk over. Ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan for me and my wife. Very good flavor and he makes it fresh daily. Hidden gem for sure, especially if you’re in one of the nearby hotels and need a late bite to eat.

Amazing Flavors and Authentic Experience!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Indian food truck, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The food was bursting with rich, authentic flavors that took me right to the heart of India. Each dish was nicely prepared, with just the right balance of spices, especially the Indo-Chinese dishes. Whether you’re a fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this food truck is a must-visit. Highly recommend – I’ll definitely be back for more!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Indian Express Food Truck, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the very beginning, the owner welcomed us with such warmth and humility. His genuine hospitality and polite demeanor added so much charm to the visit—it truly felt like we were guests, not just customers.
Now coming to the food, absolutely delightful! Every dish carried the authentic taste of North Indian cuisine, cooked with real flavors and the perfect balance of spices. It’s rare to find food that instantly transports you back to India, but this food truck managed to do just that. The aroma, presentation, and taste were spot on, making every bite enjoyable. Prices are so reasonable.
We had a wonderful time not only savoring the food but also enjoying the overall atmosphere. The combination of great flavors, heartfelt hospitality, and a welcoming vibe made this experience special. If you’re craving true North Indian food and want to be treated like family, Indian Express Food Truck is the place to go.
Highly recommended. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Best Indian food I’ve had in longest time in a food truck. It’s expensive restaurants food taste and quality + quantity in lower price. We tried multiple item but our favorite is veggie frankie; it was sooo much delicious, reminds me of taste like in Ahmedabad . And my all time favorite is kala khata soda. Overall best food with lower prices, hygienic, and THE BEST taste .
Parth and aagatha both are very friendly

The roll size is too small for the price, definitely not worth it. Also, I don’t appreciate my food being wrapped in newspapers it’s unhygienic and unprofessional.

I had the Paneer Tikka Roll, with garlic naan, and the mango drink. The food was delicious and perfectly flavored. It was a delight to find this food truck within walking distance of my hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through.

Was excited to try some vegetarian dishes from here as this is run by Gujarati owners who are known for their veg food. The food was edible, and that’s where I ran out of good things to say. I got Manchurian fried rice with barely any Manchuria in it, when I asked the owner he said it has Manchuria in it but very less and they are very small pieces. I guess he ran out of them but still decided to shove it down my throat. I would agree with the other reviewers that this place is buying positive reviews and this place should be avoided.
