Was literally just here. Angela and Adam were AMAZING! They’re both friendly, professional and great listeners. They didn’t make me feel rushed like a lot of other places I go to. They also didn’t look like they were stressed out like a lot of other employees I interact with at places.

I stop in here regularly and today just wasn’t the same as usual ! I was served moldy bread and took it back in and didn’t apologize or nothing didn’t feel welcomed at all ! My cookie was very hard and old not fresh ! Bread needs to be checked daily ! The girl that waited on me wasn’t very friendly at all !

After a day of cycling with RAGBRAI, this place hit the spot! One of the best Subway establishments I’ve visited! I’m from Cincinnati Ohio! The girl at the front counter was rude. Idk what anyone did to piss her off but she was short with me, acted like I was a nuisance and also shorted me on steak and cheese, I never get treated like that at the other subway on the north side, it was just her in there and I think she was rude to the family who came in after me because they were in there for a total of like 20 seconds and left without any food. Will not come back, I don’t think is actually gonna do anything in reality but it’s just irritating. How can you expect to get anyone to come back when you act like a spoiled brat? 7/7/24 @ 1:50 pm.

The food here is great and they always make the food really fast, it usually only takes 5-10 minutes to wait for the food if there is a small line or you are ordering more than one sandwich. The tables however don’t seem to be cleaned that often, so there is usually some plastic straw wrappers or small pieces of food on 2-3 of the tables. Other than that it’s good.

So… This might be one of my good reviews I’m not sure yet. I went in thinking I’d be in and out with ONE sandwich being I just needed a cold cut 6 inch with the bread dug out and just meat and cheese not toasted or heated. People in front of me had 5 or 6 sandwiches each, so of course my kids were getting antsy. I had 3 kids, 4 3 and 2. My son has an undiagnosed disorder at the moment so he was running around, causing havoc and the workers understood fully. The one even said “there’s an app you can order online so it goes quicker.” Yes, I know, but I’m also trying to get my kids able to be in environments where I shouldn’t have to run and eat in the car. That is not fair to me, or my kids. But overall? I love subway. I will continue to eat at subway, they have the freshest food and service is usually really quick.
