Service was great but that was about it! Only three beers on tap and two of those were out leaving bud light as the only option, they were out of all of our first choices of food, drinks were over priced and watered down, and food was terrible! Tasted like microwave dinners- what kind of Italian restaurant serves boxed shells and cheese for their kids Mac n cheese? And the mashed potatoes were so dried out they were crispy! The chicken Parmesan was over cooked and mostly breading and spaghetti flavorless. Steak was also over cooked and chewy. I know our first mistake was going to a chain restaurant, but even so the food was so below what one would consider standard that I will never go back again. Very disappointing!

Brooklyn was great! She had a trainee shadowing her and they both did amazing. We felt attended to constantly, had a great time with delicious, piping hot food, and had been sent home with plenty for the next day! We also bought a cheese grater and you get some cheese with it! Was a great time and while I already love olive garden, this absolutely bolstered my joy for the experience and will absolutely be back. Give that girl a raise! haha

Arrived just prior to their 10 PM closing time (after calling in). Everything was delicious with good service.

Our experience tonight was rough. Our server was crazy grumpy leaving us all uncomfortable. They were out of chicken parm, brought one out of six entries 10 min before the others. Turned off our game/pay tablet and basically acted like we were annoying them. The biggest issue was no dressing on the salad. How does anyone mess up a olive garden salad?

Hair on the edge of my soup bowl, still had the little root piece on the end so it was pulled out and didn’t just fall off someone too! Gross! Unpleasant waitress that was not very motivated to do anything but get us out of the restaurant. Idk what the deal was but we won’t go back!

Wish I could give this location 10 stars. The customer service is incredible. A recent trip involving an elderly relative went far and above anything ever expected, and he was very grateful for the attention. Thank you to staff and management! What a great place!
