Do not order inside
No one is attending the register and The order will take forever. They prioritize drive thru and DoorDash, so even if you are dining in, get it at drive thru first.
Other than that it’s a good location.

I will never come back to this location.They overcharged I caught it at the drive thru window.
My grandson happy meal was cold and tasted weird the fries wet and cold and he said chicken nuggets tasted not good.
We also ordered sundaes they tasted so strange.
We ended up throwing everything out.
Waste of money.

Ordered a bunch of chicken nuggets on the app. All sauces missing so back in line. Line moves fairly quickly but so annoying coming back for sauces that were ordered.

I went thur the drive thur. The person who took my order also handed me my food. The first window was closed. The young man who took my order is always nice. Ask me when i placed my meal order and asked for a drink. He asked me if i wanted a large . I said no, thank you. Most of them just automatically make it large unless you say something. The only thing wrong about the food is i asked for the muffin to be extra toasted. It was not. It’s not a big problem. I just prefer it to be toasted more. This store has been really, really bad over the last three years. Bad management, bad employees. Whoever this young man is, he deserves to be recognized. He is always nice, polite. Also, this store has improved alot. Still need to work on getting the orders completely correct. But muched improved.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I watched my food sit on their back counter for 10 minutes while countless employees walked by and ignored myself and all other customers. My food is now cold, and my lunch break is over. I ordered ahead for this, there is zero management or customer service at this location at all.

Horrible service. No customer service. The girl at the first window didn’t give you a receipt. My order was wrong, and when I asked for my drink, the lady at the second window told me they didn’t charge you for that and closed the window in my face.Her face was like she didn’t want to work, and as soon as I got to the window, I could tell with her attitudeI know McDonald’s doesn’t pay enough for all the bills that people have in 2026, but that is definitely not an excuse to have bad customer service and not have empathy with the customers.

Ordered through their app at 10:11am for breakfast. Order went through shortly after I got a message that it was confirmed. Then my driver said they cancelled my order bc breakfast was over but i ordered before the time breakfast ended. They didn’t confirm my order before the time breakfast is said to be over. So they took my money and I have no food now

horrible i needed to use the bathroom and the lady didnt let me cause they were closed acting like im gonna steal their toilet paper it was a real emergency but ofc everyone in this location is disgusting and rude i work at another mcdonalds location and i would never reject a customer who really needs to use the bathroom do better also if ur store isnt open 24/7 then change the time on google maps cause why does it say its “open” reason why i stopped there

Ran out of BBQ sauce and didnt tell anyone until asked also on the same order sold my pregnant sister mold on her sandwich. Whoever made this sandwich had to have seen the mold on top of the bread. 9 out of 10 times I go to this location there is always something wrong with my order. The least the workers can do there is acknowledge customers when they are waiting in the front and communicate when you run out of something. Teach your employees what mold looks like before you get someone sick and get sued. Look at the photo I added you can clearly see the mold. This is a management issue and needs to be addressed immediately
