Stopped by this place for a lunch gathering, and the burger–fry–drink combo for $9.99 did not disappoint. The burger was juicy, the fries were a great portion, and the service was amazing. Our waiter checked on us often and brought refills right away. Since the place wasn’t too busy, everything felt relaxed and attentive. I definitely recommend this spot!

I’m a little biased here.. this is our neighborhood Applebee’s.. I love it! Good food, TV’s and great happy hour. Bring a jacket, the AC cranks in the bar! Not sure of the temp on the restaurant side. Always great service.

We went for a late birthday celebration, we got seated right away. Our server came over to get our drinks, I ordered a soda and pointed to one of the drinks on the back of the menu as they have a float style drink and I told the server I’d like this soda but no whipping. About 5 mins later he comes back with one with whip on it so I thought “Eh I’ll just try it” it wasn’t bad and I figured maybe he was confused because I pointed to it. We then ordered appetizers, the deal comes with dips so we ordered Buffalo sauce. When the food comes out we have ranch instead and no plates or silverware. We waited and waited and about 5 or 6 mins later he came over and we told him. About 8 mins later he came back after taking a bunch of orders. So we ate and when we ordered our food. The steak I ordered with onions so it was “Burbon Street style” and the onions were basically raw but the steak was good. I’ve had this before at a different location and they were grilled very well which I understand it’s going to very but not that much. My Girlfriend’s shrimp were slimy and the chicken was rubbery. Her mushrooms were basically raw. I had a coupon for a free dessert for my birthday so I ordered the cinnamon rolls. Before we ordered my Girlfriend asked about there being any “Cheese” products in the desserts as we asked and did not have a menu. After ordering I realized we could use the tablet so it mentioned it had cream cheese with it. So I flagged the waiter down and let him know to take it off. Then when our check came the dessert had not been taken off. All in all it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had there. I think next time we will just go to the Applebee’s in Rancho.

Had the lady with the blonde curly hair, glasses (I think) , and tattoos. Just not a fan. I’m not sure if she was having a bad night, but it just wasn’t a nice undertone. The food was cold and hard.. didn’t wanna start anything with her. … just sucks, won’t be coming back. Everyone else was really nice, especially the younger male host in the front!

I came into this restaurant with my family to celebrate my brother graduating nursing school and the manager CHRISTI was simply amazing she went above and beyond for us made sure we had what we needed and just showed great customer service through out our whole experience She IS AMAZING GO SHE WILL TAKE AMAZING CARR OF YOU THANK YOU MRS. After getting our taxes done at ADRIAN’S Tax Service, in Upland, we were glad to know we’re helping the US Economy but the current President isn’t helping any.
This late in the afternoon made us hungry. My wife suggested Asian food. I suggested a nice juice steak and she agreed.
I initially wanted to go to the OUTBACK STEAK HOUSE in Burbank but we were in Upland.
My wife couldn’t wait so I knew we were close to an APPLEBEES, and we said “APPLEBEES.”
We arrived at APPLEBEES, found parkways all taken, so next door, CHASE BANK had plenty of parking. Yes, we borrowed one.
We finally got in the restaurant. We were seated by a very gracious Hostess in less than 15 minutes.
We were impressed by all the menu’s goodies so we settled for 1/2 a rack of Baby Back Ribs (Jocelyn), and a nice 14oz Ribeye (rare) for me.
Before you knew it, DINNER WAS SERVED!
Everything was delicious, well prepared, seasoned and down it went.
The Service was superb. Our Waitress was patient, smiled, caring and very efficacious.
I regret not asking her her name but I left her an 18% Tip.

We were feelin’ fancy like Applebee’s on a date night… but the vibes didn’t quite match the song.
We came in hungry and hopeful. Placed our order quickly to save time—optimistically naïve. When the appetizer arrived, we had no plates, utensils, or napkins. Not a big deal, right? Except our waiter, Epi, was nowhere in sight. Turns out he was deep in conversation… just not with us.
Eventually, we asked someone else for help. Plates showed up. Still no utensils. Food arrives—still no utensils. We ask Epi—he looks mildly inconvenienced and borderline annoyed. We needed three sets, he brought two. Asked again. Same vibe. Are you catching what I’m throwing?
Napkins? Two for a table of five. Refills? Only if we got up and served ourselves, which honestly felt kind of tempting at that point.
The food? No complaints—it was actually great.
But the service? Somewhere between “meh” and “are you freaking kidding me?”
Honestly, Epi seemed kind enough. He had a smile. Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe it was something else. All I know is that friendly doesn’t ever outweigh negligence.

This place was good. We didn’t wait too long. Cannot reserve but have to put yourself on the waiting list as soon as you get there. Food is alright. If you need something quick and easy. Check it out
