Unfortunately, my first experience here wasn’t that great. The soup was barely lukewarm and I ate it as soon as I got it. Our group had three different types of soup , and they were all hardly warm. And really think they could refine their system.I had to tell 4 separate employees my order before paying for it and receiving cold soup.Looked like standard procedure.I watched the people in front of me and behind me having to do the same thing…. I Will say the sandwich tasted great and the soup had good flovor but way to cold coming straight from the pot to bowl. Now i’m wondering if they are even kept warm enough to pass health department inspections!?

This was the first time I had ever been in Cafe Zupas, since this was during lunch they were extremely busy. We waited about 15 or 20 minutes just to order. The avocado BLT was delicious and the tomato basil soup was good, however when they’re prepping your food the bowl looked dirty, like there was something in it. I told the person prepping the food, and he proceeded to dump the soup out of my bowl back into the larger pot. He said “they tell us to do that!” When I said you realize that I told you the bowl had something inside it and now you dumped that soup and whatever it was back into all of the other soup, right?
The tables were messy, and our table wobbled so much that our drinks (just water) went all over the place. The soup almost sloshed out onto the table.
The cheesecake was good, a random patron had a medical issue and my friend helped her while I called 911. After we made sure that she was taken care of, the police arrived, the paramedics and the fire department – we left.
For me and my autism, the restaurant was too loud. I do recommend this place for the food, but it’s a little expensive.
I will bring my wife, she would love this place! But I won’t return during lunch, it was too chaotic, with the noise and plethora of people it caused my anxiety to spike.
I also didn’t like when they dumped the soup from my bowl back into the larger pot, if there really was something in my bowl which I pointed out, that’s disgusting! Do better, Zupas!

We LOVE Zupas! The new lasagna soup is worth all the rage. The employees are quick and efficient! Very nice!! It was crowded but that’s to be expected when the food is so good! Highly recommend.

I’m honestly really disappointed after my visit at this location. I ordered a Try 2 combo (sandwich + soup), and the entire experience felt chaotic and poorly managed from start to finish.
While waiting, I watched employees making sandwiches and stacking them directly on top of the dessert display area. It felt extremely unsanitary especially when a child was able to reach over and touch multiple sandwiches that were just sitting there. With food out in the open like that, anyone could cough, sneeze, or touch items before they’re handed out.
Another concern was food safety practices. The female employee preparing sandwiches wasn’t wearing a hairnet or hat, which I didn’t think much about at first, until I found a hair in my sandwich. At that point, it really reinforced my concerns about cleanliness and handling practices.
The line was so long and the environment so hectic that I chose not to return the sandwich and instead just left feeling frustrated. I’ve always enjoyed Zupas food, which makes this even more disappointing, but the cleanliness issues and overall disorganization I experienced today make it unlikely that I’ll be returning.

First of all, the guy taking my order didn’t take the full order. I ordered a Mediterranean protein bowl and try 2 combo to go. He took it but apparently didn’t do anything with that information. When I got to the check out the girl apologized that they had to remake the bowl and offered me a drink while I wait (she was the only thing 10/10) so give her praise whoever was working by the register this evening. I’m disappointed as well because the Wisconsin soup is just watery and not the thick creamy consistency it usually is. My try 2 was also not very warm considering I had to wait for them to remake the bowl. Sad because I usually have a great experience here.

OMG. OK. Where do I start? Never even heard of this place. There are none of these Cafe’s South of the Mason-Dixon line. Darn it! After our 2-hour and 15 minute flight from DFW into Salt Lake City, we were on our way to Moab. And stopped at this Zupa’s location and fell in love. If we take pictures of what we ordered, it’s got to be good. And yeah, we took pictures. They have an app that rewards you as you dine there. Honestly, I downloaded the app just in case we stopped here again on our way back to the airport on Saturday and it was lunch time (which unfortunately did not happen). Problem is, I still have the app installed on my phone and get the reminders of very freshly made and prepared food that I wish had a chain down here in Fort Worth! Complementary chocolate covered strawberry per person was a really nice touch and super delicious. Zupas, Hit me up if you want to open a location in Fort Worth Texas! …. (Only half kidding, or am I?). We were pleasantly pleasantly surprised. Restaurant was clean as a whistle… You could have eaten off the floor. Excellent experience.

First time for everything. I recently had my first experience at Zupas and absolutely loved it. Very pleasant experience, I had an amazing lasagna soup with a salad. Fair pricing for what you get. I am definitely going back again

Food is good, which is the only upside at this location. I asked for some strawberries because they looked yummy, but was told I HAD to purchase the chocolate with them, that I did not care for. I hesitated but then agreed because I was craving the strawberries. Needless to say, the strawberries were $15 because of the mandatory chocolate add-on… Had the lady told me the price, I would’ve kindly said “no thanks.” I didn’t know until I was at the register ready to pay and by that point I would’ve found it rude to back out.

We ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup that had no noodles in it whatsoever. My “ultimate grilled cheese” photo below says it all. Don’t mistake the pesto mayo for cheese. It had one tiny sliver of tomato in the corner. This sandwich used to be so good. Prices go up, quality goes down. Just sad. If it hadn’t been take out I would have showed it to the manager and asked for noodles in my soup.

I love the chicken enchilada chile soup and nuts about berries salad. I let the servers know I am gluten-free and they made sure my food was not cross contaminated. Great food.
