Pretty disappointing I ordered the brisket tacos that were recommended by a very sweet hostess. I will say the flavor on them was good. But they were the smallest tacos I’ve ever seen in my life. There was maybe a half ounce of meat on each of them-maybe. I do not have big hands and it was smaller than my index finger. For the 13 or $14 that I paid for these three tacos it’s definitely a rip off. I would not return for them.

First time at this location, I was sat quickly on a Friday night. Scott was my server and he was amazing, attentive, and very professional. I ordered fries and wanted them fresh and Scott made sure that I knew it would take a minute but that he could make it happen. The food was great and the people were friendly. One of the better taco Mac’s I’ve been to in a while. 10/10 recommend

I don’t usually like to leave negative comments about a restaurant, but as I was out of town with my family we were looking for a restaurant we haven’t eaten from. We found this restaurant with plenty of good reviews and decided this location. We sat for 2 hours had to ask for refills twice and my wings came out cold. I heard the table behind us have to send their appetizer back because it was also cold. Also the beignets looked like chicken nuggets from McDonald’s

I had a great experience at Taco Mac thanks to Savannah M. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the meal. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out, and she made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in providing excellent service. If you order from Taco Mac they will continue to disappoint you. My daughter enjoys their burgers so we keep trying to give them chances. After traveling for 9 hrs we just wanted a quick hot meal. We used door dash and ordered a wrap and fries and a burger and fries and paid extra for dipping sauce for our fries . No fries came with either meal. I called the restaurant and the manager, Stephen, said there was nothing he can do because I did t pay him, I paid door dash. He could’ve offered for us to come pick up fries, he could’ve offered a $10 gift card, he could’ve offered to reach out to DoorDash to rectify this. He could have apologized for the inconvenience and said he would speak to his staff about confirming orders before they leave the kitchen or restaurant. But Stephen just said “ I can’t”. Great customer service, Stephen! So now Stephen and Taco Mac get a justified review and we will go to Art and Jake’s.

The atmosphere was great with plenty of TVs for the games. Mixed drinks did not taste like they normally do other places so that was off a little. Food was good but got cold quick due to AC vents right above the table. If they put you below an air vent, move or eat quick. Taste was great.

We had a wonderful experience, and a huge part of that was our waitress Ashley. She was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive from the moment we sat down. She made us feel genuinely welcome, checked in at all the right times, and handled everything with warmth and professionalism. Her service went above and beyond what you’d expect and truly elevated our entire meal. It’s rare to come across someone who makes dining out feel this comfortable and enjoyable. She’s a real asset to this restaurant, and we’ll definitely be back because of her.
