Online order was put together great. The beast was on sale. The Sub was great tasting and it looked clean, but this place was out dated and the outside makes me want to eat somewhere else. I won’t come back here if it looks like this.

10s across the board for this location. The handsome young man was pleasant and accommodating. He offered to bake my favorite cookie, the Raspberry-Cheesecake. However, they were out, and I found a cool substitute! But his professional demeanor and positive disposition made this a memorable customer experience, and I sincerely appreciate it! Funny thing, I wasn’t really that hungry, but the feel-good vibes in this place made me want to splurge a bit! This convinced me that smiles are contagious in a good way and lead to memorable experiences if you’re receptive to them! Shout outs and kudos to you all.

First of all the food is fantastic, the subway is clean, and the person behind the counter, Aziah, was absolutely amazing!
Helpful, swift, and knowledgeable, she helped me with my Sandwiches and was a joy to be around.

Since the new management took over, this store has been a disappointment. They consistently fail to have the necessary products to fulfill orders, and mobile orders are rarely completed on time. To make matters worse, there’s no phone line available to communicate issues, leaving customers in the dark. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Placed an order for delivery, after driver arrived to pick up I was notified my order was cancelled. Tried to call the store and the number was out of service. Decided to try and place an online order for pick up and said order was ready, went to pick it up and was told they will have to refund as they have NO bread! It didn’t seem like any was going to be available anytime soon either!

I never do this. Because it’s not that serious, but it is ludicrous to let people order food online when you don’t have that food in stock. The staff were very nice, but the manager/owner needs to get it together.

Didn’t think to look at the young ladies name tag but I just want to give her props. I had a protein bowl and she let me try the teriyaki marinade with no problems. My bowl was phenomenal. With the marinade. Very polite. Courteous. And helpful. Around 12 noon on 6-15-22.

The workers are nice and try their best to give you a good experience, however, for the last 2 months it seems as though the person over ordering supplies has not been doing a good job. They were out of Doritos for over two weeks only to get them and run out again the following week. They have also been out of mayo, cold cuts, drink lids, and straws over the last few months. Also the white bread seems to be older and have a hard crust over the past month or so. This week I went in and saw that they had 25% of their normal chip selection, nothing I liked so I left and drove to the one on E. Broad Ave.
