I had such a wonderful experience at Perkins! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. Our server, Sally, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. She checked in at just the right times, kept our drinks filled, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her positive attitude really made the meal even more enjoyable.
Manager Earl also stood out during our visit. He was professional, approachable, and clearly takes pride in running a great restaurant. It was obvious that he cares about both his team and the customers. Seeing him actively involved and making sure everything was running smoothly made a big difference.
The service overall was outstanding — quick, courteous, and efficient. Thanks to Sally and Earl, our visit to Perkins was smooth, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

Our server Sally M at the Olean, NY locations was phenomenal! My fiancé and I visited for breakfast around 9am were quickly seated and had our order placed. The food was great and the price wasn’t bad. Sally was very personable and made sure we were taken care of.

Haven’t had Perkins since I was a kid,ours was shut down in the early 90’s. And believe me,they did not disappoint! Just as I remembered! I had buttermilk biscuits and gravy,eggs,bacon,smoked sausage and sirloin steak! Thanks Sally! Our server.

Great Breakfast, Great Service. Went there for the first time and the sausage gravy and biscuits were TOP TEIR. The coffee is like $4/person but they bring you a whole pitcher. Well worth it. The coffee was really good too. Im 29 and my girlfriend is 28. We were the youngest customers in the whole place by about 30-40 years

Sally M was my server, and she was great. Made sure to check in on me but wasn’t overbearing. It was a great experience. Also, I should say that I love eggs Benedict. Have gotten them at many high end establishments in Chicago, Miami and other places. I have NEVER found one that is better than Perkins.
