Needed food for a thanksgiving company lunch for 7 people. Planned it at the last minute. Was going to go around looking for places to ask if they could have catering platters in 2 hours. Somebody recommended Chipotle. I checked their app and learned you can order a “Build Your Own” pack for 4-6 people. I ordered 2 of them. (They only allow you to order 1 so I had to place 2 separate orders). Got there at the time I requested, everything was packed and ready to go. They saved the day. Order a Burrito Bowl and it was not consumable. The guacamole was dark, the chicken was hard, and the outside of the container was filthy. Do not risk your health or your life by eating at this restaurant. Save your money and prevent a headache by staying away from this place. I want my money back!

There are some good Chipotles but this is not one of them. Extremely small proportions and late service if you order online.
This was my joke of a chicken salad bowl with ‘extra cheese’. Being a local I gave it a few tries but not going back anymore.

The service was awful Cheyenne the cashier had the nerve to be rude when I asked her to hand me my bag she push it towards me and she couldn’t even count back my change if you are going to be a rude cashier you should at least know how to count back change.

The manager here is absolutely rude. She gave me small portions by giving me half scoops of food. When I asked for more, I was charged extra. After trying to clarify with the workers/manager that this indeed was not extra, I was told that it was because of the extra “half scoop”. I was charged extra for the price of a normal serving. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. This chipotle needs to do better.

I had a Terrible experience it was my first time taking my daughter to eat chipotle since she eats solids now. Jovani I believe the team lead came in yelling, My 8m daughter was uncomfortable as he was raising his voice at his coworkers. No matter what position you have talking to your employees/coworkers the way he did is not acceptable. We were going to have lunch at the location and I changed my mind. Ended up in my car eating lunch but it a peace environment! Service was wonderful.

Dear Chipotle Customer Service Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at San Leandro Store today. The level of service and management I encountered was completely unacceptable and requires immediate attention from upper management.

I arrived at the store a few minutes before the scheduled opening time of 10:30 AM. Upon entering, I attempted to make eye contact with the employees, but shockingly, every single one of them deliberately avoided acknowledging my presence. This alone was concerning, but what followed was even more unacceptable.

It was not until five minutes past the opening time that an older female employee finally opened the door. However, instead of greeting me or providing any customer service, she displayed a dismissive and irritated attitude before walking away. When I politely inquired about the store’s opening time, she blatantly ignored my question. When I persisted in seeking an answer, she responded rudely, questioning who I was to be asking such a thing.

I then requested to speak with the store manager, only to be told that the manager was not present. However, upon further inquiry with other staff members, I discovered that the very woman who had been so rude to me was, in fact, the store manager herself. This kind of deception and lack of accountability is appalling.

To make matters worse, as I proceeded to place my order, I overheard the manager making inappropriate and unprofessional remarks about my attire in Spanish, assuming that I would not understand. This behavior is beyond unacceptable for anyone in a customer service position, let alone a store manager representing the Chipotle brand.

As a local customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience and will no longer be visiting this location. I am also filing a formal complaint with Chipotle’s corporate office, as I believe this matter requires serious intervention from upper management. I expect a prompt response from a regional manager or a higher-level executive regarding how this situation will be addressed.
