My experience was haunting to say the least. My favorite subway sub has been RUINED for me. I have spent countless dollars into this organization, just for this treatment. I order a foot-long onion teriyaki sub. Tell me why I ordered on white bread, and they gave me wheat. They also messed up my cheese and forgot my chips. For student employees that are in college, you would think from the service I got they were in elementary school. Watterson and ISU do better…

Great place to stop for a quick lunch. Lines are usually reasonable but I never understood why even during the lunch rush they dont open up both sides. Feels wasteful and really can make the process faster if they did.
