Adrian was my Server. She provided me with great prompt service. I got the Mariner’s Seafood Boil (as did the table near me). I had been eager to try it. Adrian served it by first shaking the bag & explaining the benefits of doing so in great table side theater! The Cheddar Bay Biscuits® were very tasty & are baked every 15 minutes! I used the app for the first time too, & while basic the app worked flawlessly. Thank You Adrian & Anthony Gaiser!

The lobster was very fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly. The flavor was delicious and the presentation was nice. It was just a little bit salty for my taste, but overall it was still a great dish and I really enjoyed the meal.

This was my first time at a Red Lobster. I have to say that servicewise, Adrian always nothing but patient with me and helped me navigate my very rookie visit. She also suggested a delicious drink and was extremely attentive to me.
The food was not what I expected. Maybe I had hyped myself too much. This was like a place I’ve meant to visit for a while, but it was rather bland and the lobster was a bit overcooked. Overall, unimpressed. I will try again. Hopefully, I will like it the next time

The server named Rachel could do better service for costumers she takes forever to come to the table doesn’t even check on costumers if they need anything or a random check up. She took forever to bring just drinks and never came back with our water either. I hope she does better service.

Great food as always I had fish n chips and my friend had shrimp linguine and it was delicious. My sunset passion colada was great. I always get that. I usually go to Schaumburg location. This is first time here. This one in Lincolnwood is definitely bigger and cleaner. Alex our waiter was really nice and kept asking if we needed anything. Great service. Thank you.
