Very small parking lot, but there is more parking around the grocery store near by.
I tried the new Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake, and Parmesan Garlic Fries with the roasted garlic aioli. That aioli brings out a Chicken Shack so well with the pickles! The crinkle cut fries were perfectly crisp and soft on the inside. I also think they make a tender and the best chicken sandwich in the quick service restaurant industry. The buttermilk herb mayo goes well with the chicken. Ordering on the app is very easy. I spent under $20 since I had a coupon offer on my Shake Shack app. An employee was right in the front of the register telling me if I need any help for my pickup order. I told him I wanted my order for here instead. He happily accommodated my request. Overall, it was a quiet dining room for being past 10PM. It is nice to know that Shake Shack is consistent wherever I go!

Food was hot and delicious. Fries and drinks were good. Hot dog was delicious. Little on the pricy side. No wait. Oh and there is a drive thru. Was a bit cold with ac blasting.

Strawberry shake-
I haven’t had an In N’ Out strawberry shake in over 20 years, but as far as my memory can recollect, I believe Shake Shack’s strawberry shake is just as good. Maybe better. Real strawberries, house-made vanilla frozen custard. This frozen concoction was thick, creamy, and high quality.
Service was good. Ordering via the app was simple. Curiously, I did not receive a notification on the app that my shake was ready, nor did an employee bring out my shake to the counter for pickup. I had to ask if my shake was ready, and the manager pulled it out of the chest freezer. Being in the freezer made the shake a bit thicker and in need of some defrosting. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, this Shake Shack also has a drive-thru.
I love a good shake, and Shake Shack’s are pretty darn good, if you ask me. The strawberry shake hits, and I wouldn’t hesitate to get it again. I’m not a fan of their burgers, but Shake Shack’s namesake shakes are worth a visit.

First off, the parking was easy because the lot was empty on a Saturday afternoon. It was easy to find seats because there was hardly anyone there. Still, the tables were dirty, and we had to clean it before sitting down.
At the register, there were 3 employees doing something 3 feet from us, and not one of them looked up and acknowledged us.
When the food came, it was very disappointing. Cheese fries had almost no cheese. Burgers were small and bland.
We ordered truffle fries, and they only had parmesan cheese sprinkled on with no truffle sauce. When I asked asked about it, the girl said, “It doesn’t come with truffle sauce.” I said that’s what makes them truffle fries. She asked if i wanted to buy a side of truffle sauce. I said I just want what comes with my order. Eventually, they gave me a cup of sauce.
I love Shake Shack, but I will continue going to the farther location in Long Beach

First time here and it was a great experience. I wasn’t familiar with the menu and the young lady who was taking my order was patient, helpful with the suggestions and did not make me feel like I had to rush. Once I arrived at the window, everyone working seemed very young, high school kids maybe? They were all great, the kind of service that makes you want to come back. I think it was Allison who took our order, she was outstanding and the employees all seemed to be supportive with each other – love that!. Yes, the food was pricey but it was really good. My little girl LOVED the crinkle cut fries, stayed crispy all the way home.

This was my second visit. My first visit was wonderful. The fries were so hot and crispy that I ate them first and hardly had room for the hamburger although it didn’t take much room because it was small. This visit was a nightmare at the drive-through. It was 11:30 in the morning, so maybe they were still doing opening chores but I certainly couldn’t get any attention nor could they get my order correct and it took an act of God to get a receipt. They forgot my fries and when they finally brought them, I wish I’d checked more carefully because they were ice cold. This time burger was OK but small and I ate all of it because the fries were not edible. What a waste of $17.67!

Food was delicious, fries were crispy, and service was speedy. Employees were attentive, asking if folks wanted a drink refill. We hadn’t even gotten up from our table and an employee offered to take our tray and trash for us. I hope this level of service remains consistently high!

I walked inside and was told the menu for cars in the drive was different than the menu inside. No combos. You have to order everything separately. Why…? Makes no sense. The burgers are the size of egg Mc Muffins. The burgers taste ok. Nothing special that would make me crave this place.

First off, food was fine. It’s shake shack. However, the management was sooooo rude. The workers were fine and nice but the manager Rose was so rude to her workers you can just tell she’s definitely a pain. She was dismissive and clearly wanted to get rid of me when I had an undercooked burger. Someone give this lady a reality check that she works at fast food and I just wanted a regular cooked burger man.
