I love going in to eat some wings, watch a game, and chat with friends. The food has always been good, and they’re able to accommodate my diety restrictions (severe allergies.) Service has always been pretty fast too. However I have had MULTIPLE issues with online orders. I also have been in one day, and my sister got a plastic lid cooked on her sandwich. However they did remake the meal fairly quickly, and were very polite about the whole thing.

We have Niko consistently as our waiter and he is simply awesome. Attentive and friendly, does his job well. We go for Wednesday night trivia and our host Mena (hope i spelled that right) is awesome as well. She brings a fun atmosphere to the game and always provides us an enjoyable and even educational time. Food is always correct and fresh. Check it out, you’ll be glad you did.

Wife and I were very hungry, so we decided to sit down at a place. Waitress sat us down but failed to mention they had no ice, no burgers, no onion rings. She let us kow when we were about to order. I just ordered a chicken sandwich, which I thought of popeyes instead. The sandwich was just blah and the fries were a joke, small portion and seemed old. Wife had wings, very dry. Very disappointed. When she asked anything else, I replied you might not have it. Not to be funny.

Make things right. You do not need me for that. Start managing your business the correct way. By actually sending people, mystery shoppers, and bring back district managers. You need actual people to better your business. In my opinion.

Second time coming for trivia night. The first time our server, Logan was attentive and provided great service. The second time, our server did not provide his name. He took forever to take our orders. I had to walk up to get his attention.

The trivia is so slow. The host was not punctual. She takes forever to run through the questions and comes across as completely unprepared. If you come to play pack a lunch and patience.

Bathroom was gross, like toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a month. Service was bad. Saw another server using a handheld, so not sure why our server didn’t bother to write anything down and got it all wrong.

This place used to have amazing wings back in the day, and it was the perfect spot for games, date nights, or just hanging out with the guys. Lately the food hasn’t been quite the same, but it’s still a solid place to catch football and other sports. The prices have gone up, and the portions especially the large fries seem smaller than they used to be. The wings are still decent, though, and the atmosphere is always fun.

The service started off rough, but it did improve once we were finally attended to. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The wings were very dry—almost like beef jerky—and served cold. The fries were also cold, and the burgers were just average. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for.

Food and service was amazing! I ate so much! The place is clean and comfortable , server was friendly and accommodating. We ate Boneless buffalo wings, French Fries, and onion Rings. The food was amazing! We were a party of 8 and the waitress did an amazing job getting us food at the same time and quickly. The place wasn’t too busy. We left full and Happy. I would def recommend friends and family to go here for a nice evening outing. I love Buffalo Wild Wings!

Server named Alex was awesome. We didn’t wait around for our order. We canceled and left after there was someone screaming from the kitchen over and over. I think the floor manager said that’s how they call out orders. We thought there was a fight brewing. Every time it happened, my fight or flight reaction peaked. This is not the place for any veterans with PTSD or anxiety. I came here 8 years ago and that wasn’t how business was conducted. We’ll never come back.

Sat down, didn’t even get greeted correctly at the host stand. Ordered my beer, waited like 10mins to look over the menu. After I placed my order, why did it take 40mins just to eat. It wasn’t even busy this after noon. Tried getting my server Nick multiple times, barely checked up on me. I felt ignored.
