I used to love eating krystals hot and spicy chicken wings. I haven’t eaten them since 2018. Decided to stop by and order some wings they seem different there was no breading and it wasn’t really spicy. They were cooked hot and fresh great customer but the recipe seems different. Stopped here on a road trip, and I’ve never been to Krystal’s. Had to run in to the bathroom, found they were out of toilet paper. I let the employees know, they said ok, and moved on. They weren’t unfriendly about it, but as I sat in there to eat, I can say, nobody went to that bathroom. As for the food, the sliders were fine. They’re pretty basic, but… they’re sliders, so I guess thats the point. The onion rings, I would skip next time. Lacked any real flavor.

I visited Krystal recently and had an outstanding experience. Tonya and Derron provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, patient, and truly went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
My food came out piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It’s clear that both the staff and the kitchen take pride in what they do.
Tonya and Derron made me feel welcomed and valued, and their professionalism really stood out. The owner should be proud to have employees who represent Krystal so well.

I sincerely do not know how Krystal stays in business. Although tasty, their double cheese Krystal is mostly bread with a super thin, tiny piece of, what they call, beef which looks like smeared spam…and they have the audacity to charge $5.00! McDonald’s charges $5.00 for their QUART POUNDER with cheese and you can actually tell it is real beef.

Krystal the food is horrible. The employees here are wonderful but the food is just horrible. I paid $13 for nothing. Then felt sick afterwards. All the things a person could buy with the cost of $13. I feel so robbed of my money. These are mini 2 bite sandwiches for $13???

I would rate this facility on a zero scale, but unfortunately, you can’t. my sister came down for a convention and we were very hungry at 3 o’clock in the morning and we had our order which was $45. We got the Sack full with cheese, tater tots with chili and cheese and One tater tot unfortunately all of the burgers must’ve set under the lamp more than five hours they were disgusting. I think this place needs to shut down after a certain time or be inspected for their quality of their merchandise I hope somebody will reach out and get in touch with the management of this facility and straighten things out very displeased and disgusted very sick all night long over it me and my sister very unpleased and disappointed…… and most of all the hamburgers they couldn’t hardly even be pulled apart. They were so fried together and burnt. Hard seal around the whole burger grosssss the chili cheese, tater tots had mustard mixed in with them also and look like dog food

Every now and then I get a craving for a Krystal, I ordered two doubles with cheese, a fry and a Coke.
Fry’s more crispy they were soggy grease logged.
The Krystals were good, which saved the whole stop overall.

I stopped by in my way to Jacksonville, and was very indecisive in my order, but the young clerk was very patient with me. I ended up getting what I wanted. I forgot to upgrade my drink on the 3 order and offered to pay the difference, but they upgraded without charging me. Food was hot and fresh and staff was very courteous. Hard to find with fast food today.
