Waited in the drive through line with only 2 cars in front of me with absolutely zero movement for 30 minutes. Line finally moves and I have to then still drive up to the window because no one is speaking on the speaker and I had to wave the lady down to get her to even acknowledge me and she just immediately told me to pull up. I pull up to the window and I was told that I cannot have my food and I have to go back around again because the first window lady didn’t check me in even though they had my food in their hand and I had my code

The maintenance man i believe his name was Martin or Marvin went above and beyond for me. He got my food ready for me and it was hot and made the way I ordered it. It was slippery out so he helped me out to my car. God bless that man. You need more employees like him. He deserves a huge raise!!!!

Id like go over what happened and share my experience here for others to know. Its 7:20PM on a Sunday. Doors are still unlocked, lights are still on. I walk in this McDonalds, theres a white man just sitting down, eating his food, and Eyeing me down like im some sort of criminal.
I go to the Kiosk to order and one of the cashiers tell me that there dine in area is closed. The cashier was white too, and she didn’t say anything about the man eating his food. This feels very racially motivated. Then I was told that I have to go to the drive-thru.
1. Not everyone has a car, and this McDonalds is in a very walkable area from my house.
2. Why didn’t she, or any one else say anything about the man eating his food at one of the tables?
3. Why are yall closing yall doors at 7 PM?
It makes no sense that your establishment values people with vehicles that could injure and kill a pedestrian, over someone willing to spend money there, and that walked a decent way to get there.
You guys really need to step your game up. The amount of racism I just witnessed is outrageous, especially since im Black and have been to that McDonalds many times before with only one issue regarding a slushy one of your employees tried to scam out of me. No other restaurants have done this to me but this one.
I will not be coming here again, or any McDonalds at that. Im not spending my money where racism resides.

Wonderful employees always give my husband the personal touch– and yesterday, when I accompanied him, was no exception! One big problem, though… the floor was the slipperiest surface I have ever walked upon! I was wearing my newest barn boots with great tread, and there was a TRACE of rain here and there, but even the dry spots were treacherous. I couldn’t even keep my feet under me at my seat! Just glad I didn’t fall!

I don’t recommend this McDonald’s if you are on the go. Afternoon to night, for the past 6 months I’ve been about 20 times and I had to wait over 10min in the drive thru just to give my order. Food is cool but sometimes the fries are undercooked and the doors are usually locked to walk in. One time I waited over 30min because I had a mobile order and I was the only one there. I drove up to the first window and they told me they aren’t taking orders. I told her, next time let people know! Just go to a different one.

Pulled up to this McDonald’s on Colerain Ave after my workout. I wondered, with it being about 10:00 am whether they were serving breakfast or lunch, and I hate shouting at drive through speakers, so I parked and went up to the door on the right side of the building. It was locked. No sign, no explanation. I see people driving around back, so I wonder, but I’m not in the mood for the drive through. I drive towards the entrance, but I see cars in the drive through line on the left side of the store, so I parked again, and went up to the left side door. Locked. No sign, no explanation. Granted, I could have driven back over and gotten my car into the drive through lane, but at this point I was not feeling welcome, plus, there was an exposed large electrical wire hanging from the roof right next to the drive through exit. I decided I was finished with this McDonald’s. Now that I see their average rating is 2.8 on Google Reviews, I’m glad I didn’t keep trying to be served or informed there.

It’s Russian roulette but with food. Sometimes they are quick and get everything right but most times they don’t even give the complete order. More often than not on the days they are quick to get the order and get you your food, it’s not accurate or complete. Since I go here on lunch break by the time I get here, get my food and return to work, I have maybe ten minutes to eat. Now imagine paying full price for your meal and it’s not all there. Not once, or even twice but multiple times a month. I have no idea how this location stays in business.

Halfway through my fries with my 5 year old there were multiple fries were covered in green mold. I tried contacting the non busy restaurant ( I know it wasn’t busy because it was 5 minutes after I left) no response. I did call and report them to the health department since my daughter and I will end up sick from this. I’m beyond pissed. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgusting. Please if you care about you and your children’s health do not ever eat here

I had come to town for the Knights of Columbus car show today and hadn’t ate so stopped in and after looking around instantly regretted it however I have a two hour drive home and needed to eat. The employees forgot my drinks and straws and then when asked for them was told they were out of large cups so I had to get a medium. I then went to a table and realized all of the tables were absolutely nasty!! I asked an employee for a rag to wipe down my table and received attitude for it. The trash cans were overflowing with trash. There was even trash all over the outside of the building!! Managers and shift leads really should be on these problems!! These are things you’re told to take care of as soon as you’re hired!! There’s no excuse for this nastiness!! DONT GO THERE!! Food wasn’t even fresh!!!

This place is a homeless camp!!! . Filthy and disgusting. Stay away at all cost. Spit was all over the men’s restroom and the sink had not been cleaned in awhile. I mentioned it and an employee named Juan whom was playing on his cell phone gave me every excuse, in Spanish, on why he couldn’t clean it. Another employee overheard and instructed him to promptly handle it. I wouldn’t feel comfortable eating in this place for free let alone buying food…. CLOSE THE COLERAIN MCDONALDS NOW!!! Please and thank you. Beware. Board of health needs to come here now. Employees are smoking cigarettes right next to the delivery door and using the bucket seen in the pic as an ashtray. This place is a joke a gives food poisoning vibes. Stay clear stay away.
