I ordered my pizza online, wait for the app to say its ready. Then head over. The overhead screen verifies order has been done. 3 people in front of me. First two their orders are lost. The 3rd order is waiting to pay. The manager is slammed making pizzas, The cook is overwhelmed, The register girl is checking out over not getting additional assistance. The delivery drivers are taking the wrong pizzas, and refusing to help the manager with front end help. After being asked several times. (Had this been me, I’d called all your drivers back. And reset the teams focus) This place has broken down in team work. One drive hauled out 5 deliveries. The others are struggling to get an order let alone the right ones. Phone ringing off the hook. Orders getting turned down. “Tell them over an hour to fix our mistakes, give them a refund or just exaggerating times to scare them off”
By now 6 other people have entered the chat. Front end parked on the phone with a new phone order. Lines backing up. Still drivers refuse to step in and help. And well, the front end is failing big meow. More tasks being placed on them. Shes frustrated and kicking the wall. I am surprised she hasn’t left the chat fully. Customers waiting to pay while holding their now cold pizzas. Delivery drivers refusing to take Customer orders. And yet 40 minutes after I arrive. They have just now figured out my pizzas are gone and I get to wait another 25m to get them. All along had the delivery drivers had any care. They would have caught my issue and fixed it 40min ago. After all, I’ve been standing here this whole time watching and listening. Now 50+ minutes waiting. Then upon getting my pizza. The front end was instructed to not issue me a receipt for my cash payment. Probably to hide the issues with my order. Not to mention not much hand washing and stuff left on the floor after being knocked off…
Once home. I open it and not exactly how I ordered it. I ordered extra pepperoni. That didn’t happen.
Now I get its Christmas, But this is a fast past store. Tonight could have been a much better night. But loosing multiple pizzas in an hour. Having checked out employees and a staff that doesn’t respect the management. We’ll thats a receipt not for pizza thats for sure. Where is upper management? Why are they not in to help? Are they too good not to support their staff?
Tonight and New Year’s is Holiday superbowl of pizza nights. This store was set to fail its employees from the top down. And profits must be out to lunch…
And Ive been a long time Customer at this location and at others. Probably won’t be back to this one. So much potential here oh well. Other establishments are more than happy to eat your lunch if you give them the opportunity. Hopefully its solved before New Year’s Eve
I don’t want my pizza DROWNING in sauce but when I ask for extra sauce, I want extra sauce.
This was AGAIN a time I got a dry pizza.
I didn’t feel like having to get in the car and drive to get my food so I ordered it for delivery.
It costs me more to have it delivered and no matter what, the pizza is dry.
The only location that makes it correctly is on Warner and Arizona Ave and they always get it perfect.
It sucks, because this pizza just doesn’t have much flavor and I always order the garlic Parmesan with chicken and steak because that sauce is an AMAZING but when there’s not enough, the hand tossed just tastes like bread.
I guess if I feel like pizza I will only order it if I feel like driving over to get it.
BTW, the website sucks as well, I’m a rewards member and this is the second time I missed my rewards because the website says my password is wrong but when I ask to reset it I get an error stating the link is expired even when I just barely get it and NOW my account is locked.
They have no way to call, and the chat feature only has generic answers that, most of which, don’t apply to what I’m asking.
How the hell can u try to serve something like this to somebody???
