We had such a nostalgic experience at this Steak & Shake. The staff was beyond kind and friendly the food was delicious and guilt free now that it is made with beef tallow and we easily paid in Bitcoin. When in St. Louis, I highly recommend this location! Thanks for the great afternoon lunch experience.

You order from a kiosk & they call you when it’s ready. The only service we got was the offer to help at the kiosk. She was very nice but throwback to covid is that you don’t interact with people. The food was good. Burgers are yummy as always.

just got told they’re closed at 1:29am when they close at 2am? got some sad story that they’re to busy and have to close because there was 2 cars in the drive through and some door dash orders…? i HIGHLY suggest looking into this shift’s management and the crew on this night’s shift, you are losing A LOT of money

$45 for missing food, after driving back they attempted to give me the missing food that had been ordered 24 minutes before. Once I explained that I needed the food to be remade, they made it over and offered nothing than a simple “sorry” I drove back to my home and ate cold burgers and fries. Not impressed, I won’t be leaving the drive thru window without checking the bag and confirming what I paid for is indeed inside the bag. Don’t be surprised when you come back attempting to collect payment from the next consumer and find me looking through my bag…

Had wonderful service tonight from WILL!
Ist I watched him assist a delivery driver with a missing order. I was very impressed bcz I myself am a Delivery driver and understand some of the frustrations we deal with. Then he got my order straightened out !! Great job Will tyvm

i got a steakburger, oreo and mint shake, and fries to go, the drive thru was very fast and efficient, my steakburger was wonderful, and my shake was very good, i love that they use Styrofoam to keep the shake cold

It’s been minute since I’ve been to a Steak N Shake. But since I opened Milani Nail Bar on 1st Capital drive, I have been driving past them twice a day. Today I stopped in and very impressed. I had a great Steak Burger and fries. Very delicious! Very clean and friendly. I highly recommend and I will be returning more often.

Smells moldy inside. Soda taste funny for 6 months now. Missing items in my order this time ,other items not made correctly, onion rings and fries all mushy Frisco melt was soaked in whatever and mushy, not edible . They placed my order in the wrong spot, I was told, so I waited for like ten minutes and was given cold mushy food , missing a fry and a Frisco sauce I paid for, doesn’t matter the fries were raw and mushy. My chocolate shakes tasted like butter finger and peanut butter because they are to lazy to clean the cups they mix it in. 40 dollars wasted and now they won’t answer the phone. The plastic bag I was given was soaked in grease were they touched it and I watched the cook picking up someone’s noodles with his gloved hand , same hand he was using to touch everything with including the microwave handle. Absolutely disgusting.
