Went to Carrabba’s today and overall it was a good experience.
Food :4/5 – ordered shrimp scallop linguine pasta and pollo Rosa Maria.
Rosa Maria (Chicken dish) was great but pasta could have been better.
Ambience – I liked the ambiance of the place. Good sitting arrangement. They have bar, booth and individual sitting arrangement.
Service- service could be better . The server was very slow and seemed to be in hurry to take orders. He didn’t wait to explain the dish much. Not a very good sign of a good server.
I recommend this if you like Italian food.

My husband and I attended the May Director’s Cut Wine Dinner! It was such a fun and delicious dinner! The decor was perfectly film themed to the Coppola Director’s Cut wine, they had cute souvenir popcorn boxes for us, and they even had The Godfather playing from a projector.
The menu was a four-course dinner, and everything was perfectly paired with each wine. The filet that we had was cooked perfectly, and was so buttery soft! The service was outstanding as always! Cat and Emily are always so attentive and friendly! Taylor the manager did a wonderful job of curating the dinner. We will definitely be back again soon!

Visited to celebrate a friend’s bday. They were not busy yet service was very poor. Bryan A. our server was MIA during most of our meal after the food came, empty glasses, we needed things and he was over in the corner on his phone. He brought our checks, then brought our friend his free dessert and didn’t ask the rest of the table if we wanted dessert.
Women’s bathroom was out of toilet tissue and paper towels. The picture below shows the level of care and attention the staff was giving. If you can’t keep your dining room clean, what else are you not cleaning. Food was mediocre, salad was drowning in dressing, Alfredo was cold, chicken parm was mostly breading.

What a beautiful evening! We were greeted by a very hospitable hostess taken to our table. Checked on Often, but not too much in a good way. We ordered the.Pollo Rosa Maria and the Shrimp Damian. First, the sausage and lentil soup was delicious hearty with great depths of flavor. Second, we were served a Cold crisp salad with delicious warm bread. Our server Jeff was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. His assistant brought us our soda and tea as well as more bread. We had such a wonderful evening. You can’t beat the “Savor more with $10 take-home deal too!” We are frequent diners at Carrabba‘s across the country and this one is never a disappointment and always a delight!

This is an awesome, authentic Italian restaurant. We didn’t have to wait for a table, and our server was fantastic! I had the veal picotta with a salad (I ordered ranch dressing on the side to dip my fork in), and asparagus. It was all so delicious! Although I didn’t have any wine at this meal, there is a great selection of wines available. We will definitely be back.

One of my favorite restaurants in town. The food is always good, whether I’m dining in or carrying out. They have a great selection of entrées and have things for folks who just don’t want pasta. Try the salad with the creamy parmesan dressing. It’s a favorite in my family.

We always enjoy eating at this Carrabba’s location, but our most recent visit was quite disappointing. We used the Carrabba’s app to put our names on the wait-list 45 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. When we arrived, the group in front of us was quoted a 25 minute wait (they were not on the wait list). When it was our turn, I told the host that we are on the wait list and they said “Okay, it will be a 25 minute wait”. I asked why the wait time would be exactly the same for someone who is on the wait list vs. someone who just walked in, and they could not provide a reasonable explanation. This was frustrating because it makes using the wait list feature on the app essentially pointless. We ended up deciding to eat elsewhere.

Had a wonderful lunch, our server Dexter was excellent, most attentive, flexible, and extremely informative about all aspects of the menu. The food was superb authentic Tuscan menu. If you want authentic Italian this is it! The Chardonnay was accompanied by a mini charcuterie board,delicious!

Enjoyed a nice dinner with family. House Cabernet was nice with bread and olive oil. The food, Eggplant Parmesan for me, was really good! We had the best server who was personable, kind and attentive. It was my birthday and I got to pick any of the amazing desserts! The chocolate mousse cake was a win!
