I went out with some of my friends here. It was an enjoyable experience. The fries were perfect and so was the chicken parm melt. It was delicious and I’d come again. I also enjoyed the wide selection of sports and shows that they had available to watch. The music and sound wasnt too loud and the lighting was great! Overall, the environment and the food made this a good experience! The server that we had was also very nice and helpful! It wasnt too pricey which I enjoyed!

First time ever going to Buffalo Wild Wings. We went for lunch daughter’s birthday before the mall. Are servers was great. Food was really good. We did the 2 for 20.00 what a great value even with upgrade on the menu. We highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Ok I have to start by saying I have been to numerous BWW’s in many places and this particular one several times. But it may be my last time! Our party of 4 ordered two 15 piece traditional wings, two six piece boneless wings, a burger and some apps. I will start with the good and move to the ugly. The person with the burger said it was good. However as picture shows, the amount of fries it came with, was crazy. Seriously the picture was taken before one was even eaten. The apps tasted ok, excepted everyone said the fried pickles did not test good and that app went uneaten! They said the breading on them tasted funny. Moving on, the boneless wings were tiny at best and more like ridiculously small! Im sad I did not take a photo of them. Mc D”s nuggets are bigger than the majority of these were! But now on to the seriously absurd. As the photos show, the bone in wings were beyond small. So small, I would love to know how old the chickens were that these wings came off of. Now I get wing sizes can very. But when you pay almost $1.50 per wing ( $22 and some change for 15). You expect to get at least normal sized wings. In the pictures you will see the picture where the wing was smaller then the mozzarella stick and almost as thin. Then there is the other picture that shows the drum sticks were smaller then my pinky finger and almost as skinny! This is just ridiculous. When we pulled into the parking lot at 1:30 on a Sunday and there were so few cars in the lot that one of the passengers commented “ are they closed”, now I know why. If BWW does not at least give you some type of value for what you are spending on their food, it won’t be long before there won’t be anymore Buffalo Wild Wings! When I can go down the road and buy wings that are two times the size or larger for 2/3rds the cost, why come here. BWW do better or I won’t be back!

I ordered the 20 wings deal for takeout and there was barely any sauce on two flavors of the wings. They were 1/2 covered in sauce. The third flavor had even less, maybe one spot of sauce on them (see pic) and the fourth flavor was supposed to be Asian and its BBQ (see pic). The sticker on the box is correct but the sauce was 100% BBQ which I hate. Won’t be back.

Tables are super close together trouble being comfortable with a table in your stomach. My cheese steak has like no meat then they brought it back out and said extra meat. Rudely to me. That was the manager by the way. Then my steak was burnt gross. My kid found a hair in the plate that are stacked up at the table with napkins and utensils. My wife didn’t get her order correct and she left the wings she didn’t order on the table. 97 dollars plus tip for 2 kid hamburger wings n a cheese steak. Overpriced and it wasn’t good. Never coming back.

What a dump. I ordered buy one get one 15 boneless, go to pick it up, box of food is labeled 30 as it should be. I get home and open it, there are only 15 wings and they look like someone tossed out together real sloppy like without a care in the world and it was cold. I call the store and was offered a refund which i said yes to, 8 days later still no refund. Are you guys trying to go out of business? I will never go to any bww location ever again. I have had many bad experiences with this company, just unacceptable and to top it off their app very rarely works which has been the case for many years! You guys suck. You deserve to go out of business.

Totally understand that one must be patient when an establishment is full however I feel that waiting over 10 minutes for someone to show up at your table is rude. Specially when you have little ones. After asking someone at the register someone came to the table and took our order and sure enough they messed up the order and didn’t bring all the food we asked for. I made the waiter aware and the food that was missing was finally brought to our table once everyone else was done eating. Ridiculous!! And the cherry on top, I ask for a NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE and get asked for my ID.

Why does your business hours say you’re open til 11pm. I called @ 10:20 from the your parking lot to put in an order and got put on hold & hung up on. So I walked in and there’s customers at the bar drinking, eating, & watching the games. I also watch an Uber pickup at 10:31pm. How about you post or advertise that you really close at 10:30pm and that kitchen closes extra early? Instead of false advertising?

We try to all meet here once to twice a month on Friday after work. The menu has a good variety of wings, of course…but the burgers and chicken sandwiches deserve mention. The atmosphere was fun and inviting after a long week. The service is always good and staff is friendly and prompt.

Visited on Friday, 9/12/2025, and had an exceptional experience thanks to our server, Matthew. Our group was seated at Table 146/3, and while we were a fairly large party, several guests had dietary restrictions that I wasn’t aware of beforehand.
Matthew handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. He took the time to listen to everyone’s specific needs and made sure each request was met without a hitch. Honestly, I was amazed at how smoothly he managed it all — especially given the unexpected complexity of our order.
I truly appreciated the way both Matthew and the entire Manchester BWW team handled our group. Their outstanding service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend this location — and if you’re lucky, you’ll get Matthew as your server!
